@LloydsBank Ronnie, someone contacted me to advise that her bank account was shut down today because of some fraudulent activities. She has no idea what’s going on. Transactions were done via her phone apparently, but it’s all over the news about the hacking.

When I told @LloydsBank that I’m so disappointed and angry with the customer service I’ve received (or should I say lack of) and am now thinking of moving banks I got told “okay then you do that” great attitude to have, sure that’s great for business!
