@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

@LloydsBank What you lose with big retail banks is customer service. It’s non existent. No-one can help. No-one has any overview. All they do is create barriers & obstacles which really hurts SME’s. Being able to pay staff & suppliers is a critical activity. I’ve banked with Lloyds 11yrs.

@boldonlad @LloydsBank Hi Marsey, Ive been having the same problem and @LloydsBank just keep giving answers which are wrong but I think Ive figured it out, if you decrease the contactless limit in app and save then increase it again then it should resolve the Google pay issue (well worked for me)
