@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

@LloydsBank I wasn’t happy paying for a phone call for you to make the notes as I was asked if I could hold for a couple of minutes. I said I didn’t think it would take a couple of minutes to make a note that the App wasn’t working. He didn’t like me saying that and ended the call
