    Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    @LloydsBank Hi Gavin, thanks. I am not enquiring about representative access, instead I wanted to find out how to report that she isn't able to control her own finances anymore due to dementia. I feel the account should be checked for fraud/theft of assets by her daughter. There is no LPA.

    @LloydsBank think your login is broke. Every time I try set card up it changes my year of birth an then says incorrect. I'm about to go @JohnCleese on my laptop with a branch! 😤

    @LloydsBank No so this is a direct debit that usually comes out at the beginning of the month. A lot of people have had this issue but we have been told that we need to approve the payment with the bank in order for this to come out.
