I've had an email from Customer Support to confirm it's the bank, the bank are saying my account is fine and I've got no blockages. This is ANNOYING. Sort it out!!!

I had a cashier reluctant to accept folded cash to be paid in, I was patronisingly told it would be accepted ‘this time’, I refused & asked for my money back. I don’t bank to be spoken to like that.

Apparently you have to do it over the phone. The phone service was useless last time I used it. Yo really need to get a grip #AI

Adrian Barber (@AdeBarbs) reported@LloydsBank just moved from Halifax to Lloyds app and it's stuck in a turn on notifications loop, accept it, then get you're having tech issues. Any chance this being fixed sometime soon?
