@LloydsBank do you still have to notify if you are travelling abroad to use your card. Can't see it listed on the app. I know you used to be able to on the website.

@AppleSupport @GalaBingo @LloydsBank Can I get my £51.47 sorted as I'm going round and round in circles. I've had an email from Customer Support to confirm it's the bank, the bank are saying my account is fine and I've got no blockages. This is ANNOYING. Sort it out!!!

@LloydsBank then offered an appointment in 2 hours which we would have to wait and put more money on the car which wasn’t possible. Have always liked banking with them but their customer service has been shocking! Will be banking elsewhere

@LloydsBank My husband and I both have current accounts at Lloyds. We wish to join the 2 accounts to one joint account. However, your w/site says we must visit a branch to do this. With the current situation, neither of us wish or are able to do this. Do you have other means?

@LloydsBank Oh that’s really helpful, thank you. I have one more suggestion based on recent experience, either fill up cash points with deposit envelopes or switch off that service. I’ve tried to use the cashpoints at the High St branch a few times and it whirrs round but gives no envelope.

Hi @LloydsBank , I'm getting charged £20 every 6 months for a subscription service that I used ages ago, no longer have access to and don't have credentials to cancel. Is this something you can help me with online or do I have to call you to sort out (ques seem v long right now)

@LloydsBank impossible to get the phone answered when I ring the southend branch but when I went it they had to have an accredited person to deal with my transaction! Made appt once which they changed to time I couldn’t make so what am I supposed to do? Terrible customer service!
