@AppleSupport @GalaBingo @LloydsBank Can I get my £51.47 sorted as I'm going round and round in circles. I've had an email from Customer Support to confirm it's the bank, the bank are saying my account is fine and I've got no blockages. This is ANNOYING. Sort it out!!!

@LloydsBank Thank you, it’s just very frustrating especially given the issues they had written to me about - which was a complete shambles on Lloyds part - I wanted to get it resolved - I will call them tomorrow but it’s not a very impressive performance on their behalf.

@LloydsBank As soon as I exit the app closes. Think I've found a setting to change it I'll try once again if not I'll have to log on via laptop. Thanks for your help.

@LloydsBank do you still have to notify if you are travelling abroad to use your card. Can't see it listed on the app. I know you used to be able to on the website.

@LloydsBank I still need to send the form back if I update it on desktop site? So if I update it by calling you, do I still need to send the form back? Because according to your colleagues’ twitter reply yesterday, I could update it by calling you instead of sending the form back

@LloydsBank Hi I go through the application and it says unable to switch but no reason why. I am supplying bank account and debit card details - can’t speak to anyone as automated line says can’t take my call. Would like to know what the problem is? Would be happy to comply with £1500 month

@LloydsBank For the two remaining questions, do you know that? Again, I check the FAQ on your website about CRS, it says you may ask me to fill the form or call me to advise on missing information. So I still have doubts about whether sending the form back is a must

@LloydsBank I notice there are two fields blank in the “update your country of residence, birth or nationality” page on desktop site, one is country of birth, the other is Town/city of birth, is it ok to leave them empty? Is there any consequences in the future if they are empty?
