How not to do customer service @LloydsBank in Derby. I had a cashier reluctant to accept folded cash to be paid in, I was patronisingly told it would be accepted ‘this time’, I refused & asked for my money back. I don’t bank to be spoken to like that.

@LloydsBank Thank you, it’s just very frustrating especially given the issues they had written to me about - which was a complete shambles on Lloyds part - I wanted to get it resolved - I will call them tomorrow but it’s not a very impressive performance on their behalf.

@LloydsBank @DavidBu01882175 Why don’t you admit that the systems are down? Staff at the Lloyd’s bank branch in Folkestone confirmed that just now, still was able to get cash out at an ATM from a different bank though.
