    How not to do customer service @LloydsBank in Derby. I had a cashier reluctant to accept folded cash to be paid in, I was patronisingly told it would be accepted β€˜this time’, I refused & asked for my money back. I don’t bank to be spoken to like that.

    @LloydsBank Thank you, it’s just very frustrating especially given the issues they had written to me about - which was a complete shambles on Lloyds part - I wanted to get it resolved - I will call them tomorrow but it’s not a very impressive performance on their behalf.

    @LloydsBank DM I’ve received is completely unacceptable. Contradicts all previous comms and messages from the Social Media team. The issue seems to be Halifax Customers who only have a Credit Card with you no longer being able to see existing or new offers!

    Can't believe @LloydsBank dire customer service. Been a customer for over 40 years and was told I couldn't open an account in their main branch. Apparently you have to do it over the phone. The phone service was useless last time I used it. Yo really need to get a grip #AI

    @LloydsBank Well it isn't back up and working today!! Need to transfer money but unable. @HalifaxBank was so much more reliable.

    @HalifaxBank Issues with the app because youre forcing us all on to @LloydsBank accounts and they're the worst bank going. Already cancelling my bank

    @Mozzasoft @LloydsBank Good for you!.. but plenty of others have had frequent problems ..stop diminishing fault for the lack of service, just because you feel others are worse!
