    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    Big shout out to Connor, manager of @LloydsBank in Herne Bay. After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

    @LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

    No wonder the effing high street is dead! Our local bank has closed down so I came into town after work as nowhere opens before 10am. 5 minutes to 5 and @LloydsBank and French Connection both shut.

    @LloydsBank My husband has a help to buy isa with you which he needs to close but our nearest branch is a 6 he round trip away. Is there any other way he can close it? Don’t understand why he needs to visit a branch when every other bank can close them via internet banking.
