I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

According to down detector others are having issues. Halifax was fine this is becoming an absolute joke. Moving my account elsewhere would be easier.

If this is a display issue, regardless impacted Customers are left unable to view and opt in to new offers. There appears to be no alternative (Online Banking doesn’t have the functionality).
