    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    @LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

    @LloydsBank I have a platinum account. They didn’t say how long but when I spoke to them they was working on MAY claims!! What’s their contractual SLA? I doubt it’s 2 months…

    @LloydsBank Was trying to avoid reinstalling the app again as I did this a month ago. At work so can’t do desktop login. But will try reinstalling app after work.

Emailed them 3-4 times, including warning them I was going to raise it as fraud, also via website contact form, and via Twitter DM. Received one copy-and-pasted reply via email that wasn't vaguely appropriate to the situation.

    @LloydsBank @LBFEW Nope. The social issues exists because there is no sound money. And banks are part of that problem. Fractional reserve banking is at the root of many social issues. Sort out the money system first. #Bitcoin <- if you read this far, remember this in a few years time. I told you so

    @LloydsBank Qualified for the £100 switching offer. Opened a new Club Lloyds Account and used ‘Current Account Switch Service’ to have switch completed by 18/10. Lloyds now advised delayed due technical error. Will I still get my £100 incentive when completed?

    @LloydsBank Just logged on to e-bankng. New format is appalling, I can only see 2 transactions on first screen and this is on a large screen desktop. Just awful, all grey and difficult to find anything without scrolling down many screenfulls.

    @LloydsBank It is a single account. Just wanting to move to a regular club Lloyds. Cannot see any option in online banking and help article on your website specifically says this cannot be done online.

    @LloydsBank nice that hubby waits up after his night shift after checking bank times on way home to get down there and they've changed!! His card was swallowed yesterday in a @BarclaysUKHelp cash point & he doesn't use online banking to get new 1!
