@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

@LloydsBank your service for both my business and personal accounts is dire. My cards/purchases are constantly blocked by your “fraud algorithm”. Not just that, you also don’t tell me they are blocked! After 36 years with LLoyds it’s time to move all my accounts to Barclays.

@LloydsBank Hi, unfortunately not an isolated incident. Service for past 2 years whilst I’ve been overseas hasn’t been great I’m afraid despite regular Comms from me. Every 2/3 weeks contact fraud as they don’t recognise I’m working abroad. Have lost too much money and time in this.Not happy
