Cllr Ray Gardner (@cllrraygardner) reported@LloydsBank I cannot access the app because my phone was stolen in the same incident. I cannot access the online portal via web browser because even though it's a trusted device it requires a SMS text message. And I have spent a LOT of money trying to call Lloyds so far to no avail.
-
Simon Kirby (@simonkirby86) reported@DavidWebbTweet @NPC14 @LloydsBank The app has had biometric login capability for as long as I can remember. As for the website, I’m prompted for a username and password (i.e no change).
-
flowersandchains (@LadyMuckOMRLP) reported@LloydsBank 4. ... the one who has to give in. Because you, MY BANK, never supports its customers. I've been a customer since 1988 yet you do not give a damn. For you the payee is ALWAYS RIGHT EVEN IF THEY ARE THE CRIMINAL. WHAT IS THE POINT OF YOU? YOU ARE FAILING TO BE A BANK.
-
Andrew Moore (@AndrewM54363806) reported@kiborocket @LloydsBank I am also getting this error since last Thursday. Logged an IT ticket over the phone last week and chased up today. More than just me having this problem anyway which is good to see (sort of)
-
David Webb (@DavidWebbTweet) reported@FreeAndyT @LloydsBank But they take the settings from the app on your phone and apply them to your account. That means when you log in from any PC it doesn't ask for your password. Obviously PCs aren't equipped to check fingerprints or anything so the security is very weak.
-
stephen middleton (@stevemiddi1) reported@RegenerationEX I posted an email from July 2009 from David Morgan a Scourfield victim, where Mark Medd @LloydsBank corporate director admitted they knew about it. David died as a bankrupt in 2014 after Begbies made a claim for a debt he didn''t owe & produced false documents to support it.
-
Flossy (@be26790) reported@LloydsBank No, it’s ok. Hopefully we’ll get some help Tuesday, by which time the system should be working. It’s just incredibly frustrating.
