    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    @LloydsBank Yes. Multiple times. Multiple sites. Whilst you where doing your maintenance. It’s back working now. But you should advise customers in future that their cards won’t work during that time.
