Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

Really annoyed at @Morrisons pay at pump holding £86 on my card when i couldn't actually use the pump anyway as the machine crashed after authorising!! No fuel and I now have no access to that money. Excellent. @LloydsBank

was definitely with the bank as they can’t block payments. Called @LloydsBank again to be told the card is definitely blocked 🤬 and am now told the wait time for credit card team is 1 hour!?! 🤯 So glad I switched fo @LloydsBank FML. Still not resolved. Bloody piss take! 😣
