I've just been on the phone for over an hour and a half to be told there is indeed a problem. It's been going on for over 6 hours now.

@santanderuk @LloydsBank why are your savings interest rates still so crap? Nationwide are offering up to 4.75% for locked in savings. Your 2&3 year savings would still be low even if it was an easy access savings account!
