Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

LloydsBank Yes. It was a tragedy of errors ... I was calling about a credit card transaction, they sent me to debit cards dept; at one stage l was transferred to The Halifax. No other organisation has wasted so much of my time for so little outcome.

@LloydsBank @saffron_alarna I have some very serious concerns about @lloydsbank duty of care to it’s employees. Before they go down a disciplinary route do they actually speak to the employee first to discuss? The disregard for a persons welfare I find alarming.
