@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

@NHSuk hi there @LloydsBank are not following covid guidelines on contact less payments ..they are forcing customers like me to use contact entry on my card They don't tell customers ..they just block contact less use Vulnerable customers of lloyds should be warned
