Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

@LloydsBank I went in to a branch on Wednesday and a member of staff contacted the Platinum team and spoke to someone who said I would be contacted with 48 hours. But nothing. It's a joke. I pay for a service I'm not receiving. If I had serious accident abroad it would have cost me loads.

@LloydsBank Yes. On a laptop all is ok, but using website on my phone doesn’t give me the Green arrow for one of my accounts. Thé same account gives errors in the app, but works from a laptop.
