    Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

    @LloydsBank But the system doesn’t put you through to the fraud team. I am now on the phone with the main help desk who tell me, to get through to the fraud team will be another 40 minute plus wait. I can’t do that on top of the 2 hours and 20 minutes I’ve waiting.

    @LloydsBank was through to one operator who then sweep my query took 25 mins to then put me through to another department to which I have been on hold for another hour and half now! Great way to spend my Saturday 😑 terrible customer service

    @LloydsBank I made a payment. You blocked it. A week or so later you shut down my online banking. I had to find a time when I had at least a clear hour to stay on hold to get it unblocked. There was no other system. No text or 2FA etc. This is not sustainable.
