    Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    @LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

    @LloydsBank Was trying to avoid reinstalling the app again as I did this a month ago. At work so can’t do desktop login. But will try reinstalling app after work.

    @LloydsBank I have a platinum account. They didn’t say how long but when I spoke to them they was working on MAY claims!! What’s their contractual SLA? I doubt it’s 2 months…

    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    @LloydsBank so, over 70yrs banking history between my wife and I with you...need a joint account so went to my local branch. Couldn't help this week and suggested going to another part of London to another branch for the account. Digital age? Thought you were my bank....

    @LloydsBank Lending team. The person I got seemed reluctant to acknowledge that there is error the eligibility application and deemed the credit card eligibility to be "50/50"... The online application renders an error with that application rather than providing a conclusive outcome

    @LloydsBank I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to be told how easy online banking is on the phone when I'm ringing because the @LloydsBank online app doesn't work and is full of bugs. I've tried applying for a product several times and the application returns an error.
