@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

19:07. My issue with @LloydsBank is resolved. Took 9/10? phone calls. I began at 16:00. I was given wrong information, the systems didn't work & was put on hold & cut off twice. You couldn't make it up. Basic stuff just doesn't work properly anymore & it's so hard to get through.

@LloydsBank A huge warning to any credit card holder with LLoyds bank. We were recently victims of an error made by a store assistant who incorrectly charged our card whilst on holiday. We did not notice this and sadly could not find the receipt. Lloyds now say it's our problem!
