    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank It doesn’t help when they’re ‘working from home’ with Facebook/Instagram open as they’re talking to you, 2 kids audibly flying around in the background, a dog barking, no management supervision at all and no office safeguards to prevent them siphoning off your banking details.

    @LloydsBank Hi Lara, I was a new user to MBNA & had login issues with validity. Took a long phone call to sort on a 0345 number. Today I tried to access my online banking with Lloyds only to have “login suspended”. I appreciate “fraud” concerns but MBNA issues blocking my Lloyds access?!

    @LloydsBank That isn’t possible. I have tried calling, and been disconnected several times. This costs me each time, because I am calling from Tokyo. I’ve spent three hours calling and sending DMs. The problem seems to be on your side. Are you filtering messages?

    @LloydsBank hi, it is usual for your contact centre via telephone to ask for 3 digits from my mobile banking memorable information and for the last 4 digits from my debit card whilst discussing a debit card issue? Just checking that these are usual security questions. Thank you.
