    @LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

    @LloydsBank No error messages Gary. The app is just thinking and never moves beyond the sign in page. My other banking apps work fine

    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

    @LloydsBank so, over 70yrs banking history between my wife and I with you...need a joint account so went to my local branch. Couldn't help this week and suggested going to another part of London to another branch for the account. Digital age? Thought you were my bank....

    @allianzuknews @LloydsBank I've been a premier bank customer for more than £15years. I claimed on there travel insurance. We paid £1532 in total and only got £846.67 back. We turned down separate insurance because we thought we were covered. Don't be fooled!!

    @LloydsBank Hi. Thanks for the prompt reply. I cannot log in. Nothing happens on my phone - it stays at the ‘Authenticating’ stage; on my iPad it just comes up with ‘sorry we are experiencing technical issues. Please try later’. It has been this way since Monday!

    1/2 New pay at pump petrol rules… they dont pre authorise £1 any more it’s £120. And to make it worse you dont get the difference back immediately it takes 5 working days according to @LloydsBank im now £50 down and @LloydsBank and @Tesco cant decide who is responsible.
