@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

Stupidly brought my utility bill (joint name) & council tax invoice(joint names), but they were with different names printed (I have a triple last name), so had to run around. Sorted out easily - brought a SoA from another bank. Try this.
