David Webb (@DavidWebbTweet) reported@FreeAndyT @LloydsBank But they take the settings from the app on your phone and apply them to your account. That means when you log in from any PC it doesn't ask for your password. Obviously PCs aren't equipped to check fingerprints or anything so the security is very weak.
-
Andrew Moore (@AndrewM54363806) reported@LloydsBank @JasonBeggs1 This error has been occuring for me for at least 3 weeks. It's an app issue occuring to multiple people. Trying to get someone to understand this is proving difficult.
-
Honey Bunny (@HoneyBu65587062) reported@DavidWebbTweet @anthslife @LloydsBank That is nothing new. It's been like that for months. You can choose biometric login (face/fingerprint) for faster access on the app, but you will still need to know your password, especially if the device does not recognize your biometrics. But not on laptop
-

Not Claudia Chaitto (@NChaitto39819) reported@LloydsBank @OfficalBertieB Does DarkHorse prevent customer service agents making up notes which clearly don’t match telephone conversations potentially hampering any complaints. - (@lb_2561) reported@DavidWebbTweet @jonniespence @LloydsBank David, kindly, get with the times you old fart. Biometrics are far more secure than passwords. Regardless, they do not have to inform you. It is an update that has been advertised on their website. It does not leave anyone open to hacking at all. All it means is, 1/2
-
David Webb (@DavidWebbTweet) reported@jonniespence @LloydsBank I don't think you understand the problem. Lloyds changed the settings on accounts to turn off password checking. The password is still there but it isn't being used unless you find out how to turn it back on.
