@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

@LloydsBank so, over 70yrs banking history between my wife and I with you...need a joint account so went to my local branch. Couldn't help this week and suggested going to another part of London to another branch for the account. Digital age? Thought you were my bank....

@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

@LloydsBank your immediate deposit point in kings heath just accepted my cash, then gave an error message saying the machine isn’t working, and the money is not showing in my account. The machine was running extremely slowly before this happened.

Once again, despite all my Direct Debits and Standing Orders being scheduled for the 1/2nd of the month, @LloydsBank take them 2 days early before I get paid. Stop taking my money early. I don’t like getting messages telling me I’ve defaulted on my Mortgage. Crap service as per.

The point is it's 'acceptable' to freeze my account & have staff unwaveringly stick to a script even when it doesn't make sense. I pay £28pm for that account!

@LloydsBank 30 minutes on the support line I raised concern I can clearly hear the business of other customers discussed by other call handlers, This took ages to "pass to a manager" who didn't speak to me but excused the issue by saying "but it is a call centre" Not good enough
