    Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    @LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    @LloydsBank tech issue on my Internet banking inhibiting transfer of payments. An hr wait to get through on phone to Lloyds advisor who attempted to complete transaction on my behalf...which was blocked & now with fraud team. Additional 2hrs still on hold n waiting.

    @LloydsBank Firstly, I'm not Sophie-Louise?! Secondly, the advisor put me through to wrong department resulting in additional prolonged waiting time. If you are going to block payments you should 1. Let the individual know 2. Provide a ring back service. Ridiculous.

    @LloydsBank your useless, I’ve been waiting for any everyday offer refund (only £150) since Jan!! Escalated it every month since. Got promised end of March. Still no refund and calls have a 40 minute wait. ******* terrible. I’ve waisted more than £150 chasing you about!!!

    @LloydsBank you are being super frustrating. You keep blocking my bank cards for no discernible reason and then it’s always an hour wait on the phone line to get them unblocked. Why is your customer service so atrocious. Becoming untenable now, I literally can’t pay for things.
