    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    @LloydsBank Onto which account? I was logged into my account on the website of a trusted national institution, on a desktop Mac which is a trusted device, and was unable to make a payment from my debit card, something I'd done numerous times in the last 4 or 5 years

    @JordanJieUK @LloydsBank Did you get anywhere with this? Can’t add my card to Apple Pay and Lloyds don’t seem to have a clue how to fix it. Was also told they have never heard of the issue before, which is rubbish

    @LloydsBank I had to cancel a hotel room because there was a browser error, the hotel refused to refund. I was told on the phone to yourselves this would be eligible for a charge back. I'll ring up tomorrow

    @LloydsBank trying to sort a charge back on a credit card, can't do it on the app after 14 days, rang customer service on the day after it happened, told me to ring back today, rang back and then forwarded on to the correct department. Which was closed :) nothing but hassle

    @LloydsBank Yes to all. If I am persistent and keep restarting the app and trying it will eventually show my payees. The issue does not happen with any other banking app for other banks.
