Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

@LloydsBank He can log in to his account his debit card account is visible but not the credit account. He can view statements for his credit account. But that's all. Is there an issue? The person on the helpline said that there were other people calling about the same issue?

My 84-year-old grandmother has been scammed over the phone. She called @LloydsBank immediately only to be told that her card can’t be cancelled. The scammers have to take the money out first. So they could clean her out of all her savings and @Lloyds refuse to help.

@LloydsBank cancelled holiday by tui the payment was meant to reach my credit card before my balance was due. Due to their backlog I've now incurred interest which I don't want to pay. Now out of pocket which isn't fair. Nice way treat a loyal customer
