    Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

    Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    @LloydsBank I'm not unhappy with the service from the people. I'm unhappy that to cash a cheque in, I cannot have a person process it at the desk. Instead I'm led to a machine that more often than not has problems

    @TomWush @richard81091367 @LloydsBank I have used them & they're ****... the money constantly jams in them, if the writing isnt too clear on the cheque it can't read the numbers. Which is why I wanted a person to actually deal with it. I'm all for using machines to make life a easier but a person is best overall

    @LloydsBank I still don't think you are taking my position with any sensitivity or action. The complaint process takes place over many working days. We have a payment here that was originated on the 23rd of December. That is still unpaid. The action required is now not in weeks time.

    @LloydsBank thank you. It was so nice to go into a branch today, to be greeted by staff to see how they could help, to talk to someone face to face and have my issue resolved quickly and efficiently. Oh and the branch was busy, so people clearly still like to go in.

    @LloydsBank your colleagues are failing to execute your bereavement policy because your execution is inept.Your core competency is to make payments.Something I can do as a customer in seconds.4 calls later and you have still failed to make a simple payment for funeral Expenses.

    @LloydsBank Yes,Claire, I've been there, waded through your many links, read stuff,spoken to Managers, and now your department,as I said,all to no avail, why, because Lloyds aim to close most branches and get customers on line. Proper Customer Service is now a thing of the past. Thank you

    @LloydsBank I don't need you to access my account details.Lloyds bank operates in multiple silo.Nobody takes responsibility for looking after the customer & seeing the process through from start to finish.All you do is hand off between different departments. The customer is left stranded.

    @LloydsBank Do you even understand the point? Ownership. Taking the problem and seeing it through to a solution. All you do is hand off between your different vertical processes. Bureaucracy at its best. Customer back of the queue.
