@LloydsBank so, over 70yrs banking history between my wife and I with you...need a joint account so went to my local branch. Couldn't help this week and suggested going to another part of London to another branch for the account. Digital age? Thought you were my bank....

@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

How on Earth are companies like @LloydsBank STILL using #Covid as an excuse for poor service? I’ve been trying for 3 days to report fraud, but it’s 20+mins in a queue just to speak to sum1 who THEN has to transfer to another queue..it’s ridiculous!

@LloydsBank I’m really grateful for how seriously u take online fraud, but can u check if I’m spending somewhere before u block it? 2nd time in a month my card has been blocked. I’ll now spend 2 hours speaking to 4 different people to sort. Until then I can’t shop..inc Tesco!
