Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

peter (@peter33266430) reported from Slough, England@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

He basically said my money was still there, the FCA would sort it if it wasn’t. Not a problem so not to worry. Ffs😡

David Gilchrist (@DavidGilch31862) reported@LloydsBank How can Lloyds deem Amazon, Sainsburys and Morrisons to be a risk and hence block my cards, even though I have more than enough funds,,Also my two nearest branches have now closed,,leaving a City centre the only choice,,at 80 years iof age it is difficult to park and get there so not a viable option..Seems we can no longer make deposits at the post office any more

I eventually spoke to someone who said we would receive a message on the app but nothing. Disappointing, time for new bank I think.
