    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    @LloydsBank so, over 70yrs banking history between my wife and I with you...need a joint account so went to my local branch. Couldn't help this week and suggested going to another part of London to another branch for the account. Digital age? Thought you were my bank....

    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank I want to talk to a real life person about fraudulent activity on my accountant not be on hold to an automated service for half an hour asi am at work ajd there aren't enough hours in the day to never get through

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

    @LloydsBank Firstly, I'm not Sophie-Louise?! Secondly, the advisor put me through to wrong department resulting in additional prolonged waiting time. If you are going to block payments you should 1. Let the individual know 2. Provide a ring back service. Ridiculous.

    @LloydsBank what can you do as my bank to support me with money that was taken out of my account for a booking which does not exist? I booked a fast track passport application apt on the HMPO website and they took my money but confirmation of booking was sent!

    @LloydsBank payment authorisation blocked. Now waiting an hour for call centre to pick up. Totally support extra authorisation checks, but there are clearly consequences in terms of additional need to contact you. I was given no other option but to call. Time-limit on booking...
