@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank Hi Tony, it's happened the last 3 or 4 times including today. I'm in the parking app then I press my card to pay (details stored in app)...then I have to verify either via my Lloyd's banking app/text etc. Frustrating! Thx for any help you can give (like marking as normal)

No one has called me back from @LloydsBank complaints dept as requested "we are particularly busy at the moment"... well, guess what? So am I. I spent over 3 hours on the phone the other day - ridiculous - to sort out a problem they had created. Now, I am on the phone again...
