@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

@hopkinscricket @LloydsBank From my recent visits - they were scruffy, no obvious corporate ID (did see a partially hidden lanyard), no shirt/tie, unshaven and hair a mess - didn’t introduce themselves! Was a time face2face customer service staff took a pride in their appearance. Standards v low these days

@LloydsBank I was making a credit card application, pre-approved but at no point could I see how to complete the application for an additional card holder. Despite this ability being clearly stated in the accompanying blurb. I'm not a Lloyds customer, looks like I won't be.

@LloydsBank terrible service from James at your canton branch today. I’m disabled and queued nearly half hour to be told that you will only take 10 loose bags of change a day!! When I went last time I was able to do a lot more than that.
