    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @gjdavies70 @LloydsBank What’s hilarious is they put a fraud block on card, couldn’t buy cinema tickets, but was able to spend 4x as much at supermarket, makes sense 🙄 fraudsters don’t do good shopping it seems, and still waiting

    @LloydsBank I replied, I'll await your response in 3 months or as your customer service call centre says "we'll be with you as soon as possible" yet being on with you lot for nearly 3hrs no one answering its pointless. That's why people prefer a branch to walk into but you're shutting them
