@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

@LloydsBank Sadly this does not resolve the problem due to medical issues, payments continue to be made without any way of cancellation of a standing order (not a direct debit). I am finding that the prodomiance for online services does not support your elderly clients. Most disappointing.

@LloydsBank It seems like the Mastercard 3D secure process Morrisons was invoking was bouncing out to your site which wasn’t loading. After about the 6th attempt it eventually loaded the Lloyds ‘approval’ page which I had to approve via the app. Will it do this *every* time?

@LloydsBank I’ve made an order to what has transpired to be an illegitimate site. It’s been over 30 days and no goods received. I’ve been trying to get through to your disputes team since 28 March and on hold for well over two hours! I can’t get through. Completely unacceptable.

@DoubleEph @LloydsBank Tried opening Halifax account recently. The requirement to go into branch and show my passport put me off. Opened a revolut, was able to transfer money instantly and got a card in post within 5 working days.

And receive email Ithey will deliver my bank card at home and today I received and it’s blocked Lloyds branched take back my card and account is closed???? Really bad bad bad service shame
