Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

@StarlingBank hiya, I have transferred some money from my @LloydsBank to my starling current account. It’s showing sent from my Lloyds but not in my starling, it usually sends straight away. Are there any issues today which may be making it slow? It’s just we need this money asap
