    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    @LloydsBank I want to talk to a real life person about fraudulent activity on my accountant not be on hold to an automated service for half an hour asi am at work ajd there aren't enough hours in the day to never get through

    @LloydsBank I found an account holders card and reported it. One of your agents has informed ME to call an 0800 number to arrange to have the card cancelled. What kind of lazy service is that?

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @HalifaxBank I am very VERY UNhappy my daughter spent an hour on the phone yesterday (on hold for 30mins) and still the ‘instant’ transfer hasn’t been made between @HalifaxBank & @LloydsBank It is for a large sum so it is causing great stress. Please can you help ASAP

    Credit it where due (pun intended). Reported my @LloydsBank card lost. Within a few minutes I was was able to use the replacement on Apple Pay and within 18 hours the new physical card was delivered. Great service 👍
