    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    Heads up if you're with @LloydsBank: spent 2wks unable to access online banking (desktop & app). Just on phone for 1hr trying to sort & realised setting VPN to the UK worked. Asked if it was new policy to block customer access to accounts when outside the UK and he hung up on me!

    @LloydsBank The payment was pending but we were told it was not possible to reverse by the person on the phone. Regarding contacting the website - Having read responses from other people on trust pilot it is extremely hard to contact them. We automatically cancelled the application online.

    @LloydsBank It states sorry unable to get statement at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience. But if I set a search parameters it will show me the current view. It’s just when you click@to open it, it gives you that error.

    @LloydsBank Hi the main reason is that it has not expired yet this month. When reading on your website, it states that you should not use your new card until it expires. Otherwise it will cause complications. I did know

    There was a time where customer service teams would move heaven and earth to resolve an issue for you, these days you get passed from pillar to post and back and forth like I have with @NCT_Buses and @LloydsBank today!
