    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank I want to talk to a real life person about fraudulent activity on my accountant not be on hold to an automated service for half an hour asi am at work ajd there aren't enough hours in the day to never get through

    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    It's a bit of a pain to change banks but I can't imagine it will be any worse than staying with @LloydsBank. 35 years I've been with them. Customer service in the St Albans branch today was so deplorable I feel compelled to move to a different bank.

    @LloydsBank No-one in your securities team is answering the phone....even after 2hr & 51 mins! (menu options also aren't working properly) and no-one is replying to emails. I've been trying since Monday of last week. Further IT issues or don't you have any staff?

    @LloydsBank Is there an issue paying with card this evening?? Every time I try and pay it keeps declining my payment but get a notification saying it's "Pending"?

    @LloydsBank But Lloyds never have glitches - according to Lloyds complaints officer. (so no need to investigate) Which is true? 1. it does, as stated by Lloyds? 2 It doesn't - so no glitch investigations will be made- so customers left at risk?

    @sharpy741 @LloydsBank agree - i've been with lloyds for 40 years, but they are now utter shite.. no branches, no cashpoints, **** customer service, no loyalty. time to take the money elsewhere. btw @LloydsBank , that means you will not benefit from the 7 figure sum sitting in an ISA looking for a home

    Certainly @FenlandFlagVBSU I have been Working against/ Exposing/ Helping Victims against @LloydsBank HBOS BSU since 2007. As well as @NatWestGroup RBS GRG since 2006 Like the Post Office it is a long time Banking Scandal actually War.

    @LloydsBank hi, if you are going to send out letters with opening times on them, can you make sure they’re correct please. My letter says 8am to 4pm on a Saturday but when I rang up, it was closed. Only open Monday to Friday Not a good start for a new customer

    @LloydsBank Dear lloyds there are me and thousands of others like me that do not want digital ID. It's not simply an ID. I'm a proud customer of lloyds but if this is enforced on customers I will and many people I know will close thier accounts with you if you go down this path. I hope..
