@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

@LloydsBank I just did the standard login process as I have a new phone, then it was trying to text a code but I was getting no texts, so I did a phone call, which was correct but then it said it couldn’t verify, now it’s saying technical issues!

@LloydsBank Yes I filled out the application online but when I clicked complete, the error message appeared. Then I received an email anyway and once I clicked on the link to provide ID online the same error message occurs.
