    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    @LloydsBank so, over 70yrs banking history between my wife and I with you...need a joint account so went to my local branch. Couldn't help this week and suggested going to another part of London to another branch for the account. Digital age? Thought you were my bank....

    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

    @LloydsBank I want to talk to a real life person about fraudulent activity on my accountant not be on hold to an automated service for half an hour asi am at work ajd there aren't enough hours in the day to never get through

    @LloydsBank you are awful. 12 days and still no replacement debit card. I will be taking this to the banking ombudsman. Time to move my accounts to a better bank, Sterling Bank and put my business finances in a safer place.

    Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    I have been working with Lloyds Bank for 5 years, I have never had a problem like this. I have been hurt a lot today. I want my money back. Hounslow Lloyds ATMs are swallowing our money! @LloydsBank @LBGplc @LloydsBankNews

    @LloydsBank No error messages Gary. The app is just thinking and never moves beyond the sign in page. My other banking apps work fine

    @anthodgsoncpfc @LloydsBank @StarlingBank It’s not for me. It’s for a frail, elderly relative and they don’t want to know. She’s been horribly let down and the DM they replied with was worse than useless. I wouldn’t be doing this unless their previous methods have failed. You’re definitely right on Lloyds.

    @LloydsBank hiya, my debit card isn’t working for online transactions. It hasn’t expired and it’s not a large amount that’s being paid. I have plenty in my account too.

    @LloydsBank you are beyond awful. I have been with you for 30 years and this is the final straw. 12 days and still no replacement bank card. I’m taking this to the banking ombudsman. I will be moving all my accounts to Sterling Bank.

    @LloydsBank Hi thanks, it’s the one via the app: 01733 462226. I froze the card and didn’t get an error message but then noticed someone had used the details online two days after k thought I’d frozen it. (I have the physical card- these were online purchases)

    Just had an @PrimeVideo purchase declined. Phoned up the bank and was told that there is a block on all Amazon Prime Video purchases by @LloydsBank. There goes movie night.

    @LloydsBank @LloydsBank she did manage to speak to someone yesterday (why we know there is a glitch) she ended up on transfer to someone else but that had the same ‘up to an hour’ message she had before. After over an battery drained and she had to hang up. Has tried several times since tbc

    @LloydsBank Hi Chris. Thanks for getting back. When opening the app back up, it forced me to log in again and activate via a new code. It made a phone call,but the app auto logged out before being able to confirm the code.

    @LloydsBank Hi Tony, I was on phone I've used for hundreds of times before on Chrome browser, via website (not app) and the signal was full on 4G. It let me down at very end of the process, with no hint as to what was wrong so kept going round and round. Gave us went to cashpoint.

    @LloydsBank It would be easier to sort out the scam and block the fake website right way while the transaction is still pending, but seems like no answer from the line how are we suppose to rely on the bank????
