    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

She’s been horribly let down and the DM they replied with was worse than useless. I wouldn’t be doing this unless their previous methods have failed. You’re definitely right on Lloyds.

    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    Hey, @LloydsBank - just in case no-one has told you, I think the system used for your automated payment verification calls is melting in the heat. Used it yesterday (sluggish) and today (ridiculously slow). Literally took robot lady 30 seconds to spit out each number.

    @LloydsBank trying to transfer money but the iOS app is throwing ‘technical problems’ errors at me. More than enough money in the account. Tried over both WiFi and Data. No dice. The account details of the recipient are spot on.

    @LloydsBank Your call centre staff should not have to deal with angry abusive calls. But your voice recognition system is SO AWFUL that it guarantees everyone is purple-faced with anger by the time they speak to an advisor. Could you make it less annoying?

    @LloydsBank Unless your passwords don't accept a ! (exclamation mark) in them? I think the password resetting allows me to choose it as part of the password but the system doesn't accept it when inputted. Needs testing but if so, that's a bit of an error.
