    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    Credit it where due (pun intended). Reported my @LloydsBank card lost. Within a few minutes I was was able to use the replacement on Apple Pay and within 18 hours the new physical card was delivered. Great service 👍

    @LloydsBank I am still no further, can’t get through can’t buy online can’t use the app and your usual message «  experiencing an unusual amount of calls « , no it’s now a usual amount that you can’t deal with. Ridiculous, I’m definitely leaving, customer service is none existent

    @LloydsBank Can I log this as an issue? It’s been happening for months. Been through the dergistering process and less than a week later I’m having to set up the app again. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, as suggested, but surely this will just happen again? It’s tedious
