Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

@LloydsBank Just maybe an issue for your app development team to look into, I can guess that, with the plethora of devices out there, there are bound to be some issues, also, could be something that Three network put on their devices that breaks your app, maybe something to look into too?

@LloydsBank They told me that I had a corrupted phone, I can assure you it isn't, it's new today, (had it replaced due to this issue) it is brand new, has had the files from my old device transferred to it (on which, your app works fine). Think your safe start system is flawed on Flip4.

@LloydsBank I am aware. I was just pointing out other banks are offering interest-free overdrafts temporaily as support for cost of living increase, and wanted to feed back that as one of the major banks I really think you should follow suit.
