@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

@LloydsBank Just some valued customer feedback. If the amount of the transfer for instance is too large or something like that, there should be a message to that effect. Same if a problem with recipient data. Kicking me out should not be an option.

@LloydsBank I can do international calls. Now it says ‘You cannot be connected. Please try again later.’ So I’m not impressed. I should have had feedback about any issues, not simply booted out. Could be a hacker but is actually a customer.
