Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

Good old @LloydsBank Take a look at the website and there is a section, 'How to make a complaint'. Sadly, the section doesn't actually tell you how to do it (trust me, I've tried), but the progress to report is that someone at @LloydsBank has learnt to read and write

Lloyds Premier account customer just had the mortgage I started in Oct not complete due to conveyancer being honestly terrible @LloydsBank . Suggest you change your partners, the process was so laborious I let it lapse and renewed elsewhere.

@LloydsBank How is it - Lloyds bank - that you've stopped my payment to Morrisons by not sending me a security number + when I complained stated that I complained about a block to Tesco's instead? Are you sending out so many letters on this problem its a standard paragraph?

@LloydsBank When I got back up this morning. I just deleted app and re installed it. Working now. Was working on phone. I did check service online. And said wasn’t any issues. App was updated. So I don’t know. Anyway working well now. And resolved what I needed to get done.
