@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

Extremely let down by @LloydsBank Printed cheque from HMRC apparently couldn’t be read by machine. No one willing to help in branch. Now waiting 6-8 weeks for cheque to be reissued after your failing. Thanks for putting my family in a financially precarious position

@LloydsBank Thanks. I've asked him to check a couple of times and pointed out the fact he's giving me 9 digits not 8. I'll have to ask him again. Problem is I think he's getting upset with me, yet it's clear the information he's giving me is incorrect.

@LloydsBank In branch but at machine. The letter on return said payee was unreadable - was a printed, clear cheque. The machine was not working correctly. HMRC cannot arrange a faster payment because of the logistics it takes to cancel a cheque and have multiple departments check for fraud.
