Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

Big shout out to Connor, manager of @LloydsBank in Herne Bay. After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

@RevRichardColes @LloydsBank Made 3 calls to @VirginMoney recently. Each call I had a similar message and was left for over 30 minutes on an 0800 number every time. Not great customer service when i did get through as it took the 3 calls and 2 weeks before the issue was resolved.

@LloydsBank Laura, as per my previous tweets, the company(s) are saying it is not them. Bearing in mind this has now happened with more than one company more likely to be either a browser problem or a problem on your end by stopping the verification from taking place.
