Big shout out to Connor, manager of @LloydsBank in Herne Bay. After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

@LloydsBank Thanks, yes they have confirmed they do not offer any support. I just don’t understand how smaller businesses, gov can, yet Lloyds will not. It’s very disappointing that we have to pay for services that we do not or cannot use.

@LloydsBank 11 days after we called your Emergency Home Insurance when our ceiling started leaking, now half my ceiling is ruined and the water is in the electrics. Now I've been told it will be 13 days til we get a plumber. Lloyds Emergency cover is absolute garbage #lloydsbank

@LloydsBank Desktop site will let me log on on Samsung Internet app aslong as its using desktop view, gives me a log in error on mobile view.

@LloydsBank So in Samsung Internet, you can choose "mobile view" for the Web page or "desktop view" mobile view being more mobile device friendly. So it doesn't work on mobile view, I have to change my browser settings to desktop view to be able to log in.
