    @LloydsBank I want to talk to a real life person about fraudulent activity on my accountant not be on hold to an automated service for half an hour asi am at work ajd there aren't enough hours in the day to never get through

    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    @LloydsBank Friday 1st on saying I’ve been logged off call Lloyds so I did and anti fraud stopped the payment. Saturday issues with the app 4 times stopping me get to a certain point then logging me out. Then today same as Friday and I still haven’t been able pay as your department is shut.

    @LloydsBank on the phone to fraud team who blocked my card. Took 40 mins to answer. Chap who answered needed to transfer to someone else in fraud team to order new card. Told him I was a vulnerable customer, tried to call internally & I am now back in system now 1 hour 24mins

    @LloydsBank no, i'm still home, in the UK. I spent money on a website that uses US Dollars instead of GB Pounds. I spent my money accordingly and was left with 4p in my account. When I woke up this morning, I was informed i had an overdraft; two 50p fines for conversion had gone through.

    @LloydsBank re the app, please could you make it so we can change the view order of the direct debits (like you can on the website) so I can see them in the order of last paid? App is good apart from that, but this is really annoying as it seems obvious!

    @LloydsBank Tested using 3 separate devices and operating systems. Same error is shown in Safari, Firefox, Edge and Chrome. It's not a device issue.

    After scanning the @LloydsBank site to determine whether a recurring transaction can be stopped by 'freezing' the card, I find that it cannot. So a vendor who was given notice to cancel a subscription three months prior to expiry can **** my bank account at will.
