@LloydsBank you are awful. 12 days and still no replacement debit card. I will be taking this to the banking ombudsman. Time to move my accounts to a better bank, Sterling Bank and put my business finances in a safer place.

Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

@anthodgsoncpfc @LloydsBank @StarlingBank It’s not for me. It’s for a frail, elderly relative and they don’t want to know. She’s been horribly let down and the DM they replied with was worse than useless. I wouldn’t be doing this unless their previous methods have failed. You’re definitely right on Lloyds.

@LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

I just spoke with @LloydsBank where I have banked for 15 years with large credit balances at all time, to apply for a business credit card as I will need that if I want to hire a car in the US. The agent asked me if I was up to date with company VAT and could not progress until I proved I was! What the hell has HMRC got to do with business or personal banking? When I told them I had to order 4 coffees, the agent then indicated he would put it down as a 'declined credit' which it wasn't but would affect possible borrowing criteria (I don't need any credit). I had to insist quite bluntly he wipe all record of my declining of their service on the basis my VAT position was none of their business and not the job of a private bank to do the ***** work for publicly unaccountable HMRC that has more powers than the police. I would like to hear from Lloyds bank regarding this totalitarian shift. The Taxpayer was forced to bail out Lloyds against their will. We saved you and this is how you treat us? @goddersbloom

Went to draw cash at a @LloydsBank ATM. It arrived but disappeared as I went to take it. A member of staff said it has probably been repaid. It wasn't and because mine was not a @LloydsBank card they couldn't help me. Don't use a @LloydsBank ATM unless you bank with them.
