    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    @LloydsBank Unfortunately it would appear that the fraud team's number is being spoofed by scammers. 😠 Lloyds webchat has just confirmed that there are no issues with the account that the call claimed had been compromised.

    @LloydsBank our debit cards were not delivered and somehow someone got a hold of them and withdrew money from our account. Not your customer centre telling us they’ve closed the investigation after deciding within how many minutes that it’s our fault.

    @LloydsBank Fraud team has been told/given absolutely every bit of information they need! We’ve waited since Tuesday for a call back from the bank. My account isn’t even the account with the issues on. Bills shouldn’t not be paid because of this.

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank I think there has to be a serious pushback against all this non service - who would be best to front this so that something happens. The time and emotional draining of making calls that aren’t dealt with promptly or properly or the not being to send emails etc
