@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

@LloydsBank Top tip.Your Chelmsford customers don't want to hear "I don't normally work at this branch" constantly wheeled our as an excuse. Customers see staff as representing the bank and staff are Lloyds employees and should deliver the same level of service wherever they work
