@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank It is silently discarded, I just get the same login screen again with the login fields empty. I have confirmed my user ID and password by logging in to Lloyds internet banking on same browser! The process has been started from the app (Android).

@LloydsBank Yes I did confirm I said 'it doesn't matter what Internet I use it doesn't work'. I've tried natwest+Halifax, neither work. Theres no error message, I authorise on the other bank, it sends me to a browser to log back into lloyds instead of to the app+it goes round in circles

@LloydsBank I make payments through open banking all the time so I know how it works, and I've never had any issues. This is the lloyds app redirecting me to a browser to log in, even if I do it takes me back to the home page again

@LloydsBank your app won't work for paying statement m via bank transfer. After approving it in my banking app, it redirects to the Lloyds site rather than back to the Lloyds app, which then doesn't authenticate the payment. Happens with other banks so it's 100% a Lloyds issue.

@LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.
