    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

    @SamrasCom @LloydsBank once got through immediately to a very helpful person, only to find it was an old TSB number - we definitely got the short end being pushed onto you lot at Lloyds - it's not even a third world service.     @LloydsBank I have just been to the online banking on my PC, and discovered that my user ID is no longer saved. I put in my user ID, and password, and it worked fine. However, I went to log in again, and the user ID is still not saved. Is there a problem with this right now?

    @LloydsBank Lloyds complaints department is an utter disaster. I will be leaving Lloyds current and credit card as I hope many others do in the months to come. Your woman simply listens to a screen and not the customer. We are not robots even if you are. Disgusting service!

    @LloydsBank That's rich Lloyds talking about fraud - Got a call from your website number - A bogus call!! asking for account details and passwords etc. Called your fraud department only to be put on hold for hours and eventually someone answered and then got cut off - your bank is a JOKE

    @LloydsBank made all sorts of horrible threats against my dad while we were grieving devastated at the sudden loss of my mum. my dad is ill in hospital & i've come to spend some time with him & within 5 mins of me arriving the light grey council van was outside taking down my numberplate

    We are disappointed with @LloydsBank phone line services. For the two weeks I have been trying speak to their customer services without success. I am kept on the phone for 30 minutes every time without answer. Shame

    This is exactly why I'm closing my account with them. They are bullies! Customer support is rude and incompetent they discriminated against me when I tried to open an account, and now that I want to take my own money and leave they bully me again @lloydsbank #lloydsbank

    @LloydsBank I’ve switched accounts from Lloyds & my husb made a payment into the closed account by accident. This payment has now gone ‘missing’. Call centre say only the branch can help.
