    Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Hi, would this have an affect when trying to use my Credit Card to pay for flights. I have plenty of room on my card but the payment keeps getting knocked back by Qatar Airways. My friend is also having the same issue when trying to book, he also banks with Lloyds. Thanks.

    @LloydsBank @sidparry Not true at all was made to look a mug rejected at checkout using my debit card for £6 first time this has ever happened over 200k in the account. Made a fool of customers all day without any real answer to what the problem is and now made a fool of me in my local store.

    @LloydsBank This bank is a joke, left thousands of people unable to access their money with no reason why, once it’s back up & running I suggest everyone move their money from this crappy bank as this has show their lack of consideration & incompetence 🏦
