    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank I went in to a branch on Wednesday and a member of staff contacted the Platinum team and spoke to someone who said I would be contacted with 48 hours. But nothing. It's a joke. I pay for a service I'm not receiving. If I had serious accident abroad it would have cost me loads.

Customers are actually sorry for depositing money at your bank. 90 minutes to answer a phone call and a intimidating messaging service what a combination! I have never been to a bank in 2 years, but if I had to its not going to be with a service like this

    @LloydsBank No point but you are in serious trouble if you block that account ... what you can do is go back to the people who write the blocked account algorithms to grow up, do their homework on account transactions and learn to draft literate, clear and readable letters.

    @LloydsBank I’ve already spoken to your complaints department who, rather than address the issue, tried to fob me off with £50 “for the inconvenience”. “By your side, but only when convenient and/or profitable” would be more accurate.
