Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank Be warned. Avoid using @LloydsBank credit card abroad if our experience is typical. Currently in isolation in the US. Ordered food. Card declined. Took over an hour to rectify on expensive phone call…most of time waiting!! Inadequate service!

@LloydsBank I received the same message and I wasn't even using the Lloyd's app at the time. It just suddenly appeared on the screen over the top of what I was doing at that time. I wasn't taking any chances and clicked uninstall. Do you know what the problem is?
