    @LloydsBank I have a platinum account. They didn’t say how long but when I spoke to them they was working on MAY claims!! What’s their contractual SLA? I doubt it’s 2 months…

    Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?
