    @LloydsBank ++ to your telephone and when i call customer service, they told me that the only way to certify that I still exist is by visiting the branch. So, I was really very surprised to see that although there are many ways to do this proof, how come a bank still wants me ++

    @LloydsBank Your reply is standard akin to other banks. The damage caused by these closures are causing local problems obviously beyond your comprehension. We need a Lloyds branch NOT the post office or the Internet or the telephone.

    @LloydsBank Thanks. Lloyds need to get its employees back to their workplaces and NOT working at home behind PCs. Lazy management and shoddy regard for its customer service to their loyal base.
