When a customer pledged title deeds as security in support of a loan, they were entitled to believe @LloydsBank would return them when the loan was repaid. They shouldn’t need to request return of such important documents but when they did were told they’re irretrievably mislaid.

@LloydsBank well TBH there is no way i'm sitting on hold for >30 mins, it will be quicker just to apply for a different credit card. I'm sure there used to be a secure messaging function on the app/website but its gone.
