@LloydsBank Hi. I have no idea who to contact about this. I am trying to help my elderly parents sort out their finances. I have found an out of date cheque paying them a dividend on their Lloyds bank shares. Is there any way of getting this reissued, and who should we contact?

@LloydsBank I have representative access. I have been given an ID number for online banking and I have created a password and a memorable word. The first issue was that the additional security check went to my mum's landline instead of my UK mobile, as stated when a registered RPA.

How hard is it to open a business bank account with Lloyds?! Customer service is absolutely terrible @LloydsBank 8 weeks later still no further on. Would not recommend

@LloydsBank I still don't have access to help mum manage her finances. At least her utilities are on direct debits and I can fund the food shopping. However, her bills for care, money that I do not have, but is sitting in mum's account, I don't know how that is to be accessed?
