@DrHannahBB @LloydsBank A lot of banks really aren't accessible to Deaf people at all and often have the worst attitudes imo. I could write a thesis on the issues with banking as a Deaf person, but this doesn't surprise me that they would suggest this/would be their policy, tbh!

@LloydsBank The payee is not a customer of Lloyds, so no. Their payment confirmation from their bank shows the transaction as awaiting authorisation from you.

@LloydsBank No problem Graeme, it’s clear Lloyds bank has work to do to bring their services in line with what the market & consumers expect, until then people will use other service providers like @monzo & @PayPal who offer more cost effective money transfer services.
