    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    Hey @LloydsBank - wtf? You charged me 2.6% FX margin and lied about it! Call centre says 'We just use the open exchange rate on the day' and I find 800£ or 2.6% fx margin taken off! @Barclays I'm coming your way.

    @LloydsBank - is exempt from the current FCO advice against all but essential@travel then your travel insurance will cover you for medical issues abroad including covid, subject to T&E etc (does this mean red list???)

    @LloydsBank Been waiting for a replacement card for over 3 weeks. 3 ordered, none ever sent. Decided to close all accounts. 40 mins on phone and then cut off. No call back. Don’t know if the accounts are closed or not. Horrendous customer service
