@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

@LloydsBank My uncle needs his Lloyds account phone number to be changed as he no longer has the number and hence he can't access his internet banking. Nor he is currently in UK. Can I speak to Lloyds advisor on behalf of him and get his phone number changed? Thank you.
