@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

@LloydsBank just the worst service. Spent 2 hrs trying to talk to someone yesterday only to be told I needed to go to a branch. I went, only to be told they couldn’t help and to call card services. Another 1 hour on phone and still nothing. You really don’t care do you.

@LloydsBank It would if our local branch opened on a Saturday! The opening hours are 9am-3.30pm Mon-Fri so I can’t get there as I’m working. If Lloyds want to cut opening times they need to allow everything to be done online or over the phone!

Time to start thinking about buying @LloydsBank and @NatWestGroup - The beneficiaries of taxpayers money. Rates should cycle up for next decade. You pay your taxes to support the bank in the '10s, they pay you back a fat dividend in the '20s, lovely warm feeling all round.
