@LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

@LloydsBank so, over 70yrs banking history between my wife and I with you...need a joint account so went to my local branch. Couldn't help this week and suggested going to another part of London to another branch for the account. Digital age? Thought you were my bank....

@LloydsBank hiya, my debit card isn’t working for online transactions. It hasn’t expired and it’s not a large amount that’s being paid. I have plenty in my account too.

Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

@LloydsBank Can you advise whether this was a result of errors made by onshore or offshore colleagues? If your development centres in India are not following change processes you need to be bringing the work back onshore and taking advantage of skilled UK workers. #HelpingBritainProsper

@LloydsBank No thanks... thinking of moving after 50 years, Lloyds doesn't seem as secure as it was and doesn't investigate genuine complaints. "It has a glitch" "No it doesn't ...so we won't investigate". Then has one.

@LloydsBank I can deal with it myself but you have caused me so so much stress it’s just you guys making me feel this way,it’s so unbelievable how a simple thing could of been done within a few weeks yet it’s taken months of utter disrespect from staff at customer support

@LloydsBank @PaulCro76381375 Fobbed off to the complaints department who may likely tell you they have 8 weeks to reply and then when you’re expecting an answer they will extend it by an extra 8 weeks. Requesting a DSAR beforehand can help your complaint. Best of luck

  • ThePaypers

@LloydsBank 1/ Every time a customer taps a card, an invisible web of issuers, acquirers, gateways, and processors fires into action. One weak link in authorisation, routing, or uptime, and the whole flow breaks. Payments work because partnerships work.

  • NChaitto39819
    Not Claudia Chaitto (@NChaitto39819) reported

@LloydsBank @jatroa Having access to, and seeing full details on screen, are completely different in Lloyds eyes, so there’s no need to report a breach now

@lloydsbank utterly shambolic service at Milton Keynes branch. Will be moving my money elsewhere. Worst service I've ever experienced with one server and over an hour wait to get a single bank statement from a savings account. Chronically bad.

  • ArturNadol7566
    Artur Nadolny (@ArturNadol7566) reported

LLOYDS APP SHAMBLES @LloydsBank managed to turn online banking into a raffle where nearly half a million customers got a peek at someone else’s finances. Open the app to check your balance, leave with a stranger’s transactions, account details and national insurance number. Just the sort of premium service that really says trusted high street institution. The bank says an overnight software defect caused the chaos, which is a way of admitting someone fiddled with the wiring and half the country briefly thought their money had gone on a car they never bought. Customers were left panicked, confused and wondering whether they’d been hacked. Lloyds responded with goodwill payments averaging about £38 each, which apparently is now the going rate for accidental identity.. This is the magic of modern banking. Total convenience right up until your app starts freelancing as someone else’s wallet. The regulators are now circling, the bank is very sorry, and the rest of us are once again being asked to trust the same people who cannot update software without turning basic banking into a national farce.
