@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

We're continually reminded of the "issues" of verifying that we are who we say we are.

@LloydsBank My advice, avoid the 'Mobile Banking App' like the plague. Not secure, easily hacked, easily stolen? Don't exchange security for convenience. Ultimately, this app is for the bank and not for the customer. Use a computer and avoid the headaches.

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Not HSBC. Against my better judgement they persuaded me to put their App on my phone. Unknown to me it meant they stopped paper statements. Then I got locked out of the App and they closed the local branch so I couldn't discuss the problems face to face. I feel like a hostage.

Nearly got stung at a HSBC one for something like 3.60. only getting 20 quid out for the chippy. Went across the road to the NatWest and all was fine. Revolut have ruffled a few feathers in the banking sector.

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Lloyds has suddenly listed (among others I regularly use) my local council's website as an insecure website. I can't use my card to pay council tax on line. Yet Barclays, with whom I have an account don't consider it an insecure website.
