@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank Thank you Heather for getting back to me. I had issues before using the app to pay in a cheque,it doesn't always work on the app. It was quite a while ago so I can't remember exactly how it was paid in,in the end. However it had to be reissued to me & paid in an alternative means

@virginmedia I won't be able to pay my next bill because @LloydsBank have put a block on my debit card saying paying my council tax bill and buying from amazon is a fraudulent transaction so I'm going to run out of food and probably die but would @LloydsBank care nope.

@LloydsBank Home Emergency were a total waste of time. Having broken 2 appointments & wiped out my day, they've finally attended & told me the policy doesn't cover a tap repair. We'll now have no hot water in the kitchen until next week. So cross they didn't SMS or call earlier.

LLOYDS BANK HOME EMERGENCY failed to fix a tap problem in my kitchen. Called in a good local plumber. Arrived this morning. Fixed the issue in 5 minutes which the LLOYDS/AXA plumber said he couldn't touch. They broke 2 appt's too and wasted my entire day yesterday. @LloydsBank
