Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank Thank you. Unfortunately the branch gave him a number to ring re his complaint. On ringing them we have now been told he can go to the branch, they will ring and log the complaint/issue for him. Such a shame the branch failed to assist initially, will try again with the branch.
