@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Had a similar experience when I got married. Trying to set up a joint account they were very adamant we had to go into branch. They booked appointment, we got there and no one could help us. Wanted us to come back another day. Self employed time is money.

@LloydsBank I think they have sorted the money out but still can't get access to my online account. Last call was most helpful re the card but when transferred me to get the online sorted I was faced with a 40 min wait. I'm unwell and can't face a further long wait on phone yet.
