    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

    @Si_Fisher @LloydsBank Honestly if It wasn’t for the complaint I’d have done a switch in banks but I assume that once you leave the complaint gets closed and my money they have taken goes with it! They have the worst service I think I’ve ever dealt with!

    @shortlew @LloydsBank Been with the about the same amount of time and also platinum customer.. had a phone call last week from someone apparently working for them, grilling me as to where certain payments into my bank had come from, because they were cash…. Get treated like a criminal for having cash

    @LloydsBank hugely disappointed to hear you are closing the branch in Fishponds, Bristol. My mum is 94, has no digital access, has poor hearing and doesn’t drive. The staff in the branch are wonderful. Very disappointed

    So today’s the day after 18 years of being a @LloydsBank customer (10 of which being a platinum customer) I’ve decided to start banking elsewhere just because of the complete and utter incompetence of the staff on calls and live chat

    And for this that has gone on for months now it’s getting to a point on how @LloydsBank is just so disrespectful against their customers , they shut banks down just make their customers travel far away from home and only make their service available only once a week

    @JamesMelville I think she's confused about growth/ profit etc. its all a bit complicated... She was also pretty confused when working on complaints @LloydsBank when they couldn't work out that David Mills had stolen £1b from HBOS & destroyed the banks solvency & denied all knowledge of it...

    @robmckenzieuk @LloydsBank It’s terrible I thought that if you pay the extra you’d get treated better. Thousands of pounds goes through that bank account and my kids all have savers with them. Everything’s now going elsewhere!
