    @LloydsBank Internet banking is down and you can’t be reached on the phone at all! I need to make an urgent payment transfer! Can someone explain to me what’s going on with your internet banking? Absolutely ridiculous customer service!

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

    @LloydsBank it would be great if you could allow branches to turn off the Muzak to allow the hard of hearing to use their hearing aids more effectively. And also to allow disabled customers to sit down when dealing with transactions. Covid excuses are getting old now.

    .@LloydsBank This is RIDICULOUS. We sat in branch for 30+ minutes to get my father's account unblocked because the TELLER was making big transfers, he hangs up and you BLOCK THE ACCOUNT AGAIN WITH NO WAY TO UNBLOCK BUT ANOTHER LONG TIME ON HOLD. WE ARE IN THE BRANCH!

    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    @LloydsBank multiple payments declined again. I have funds in my bank payments constantly decline. Been to the store 3 times they can't give me any answers. Most useless bank out there an terrible customer service as they can't even tell my why the payments are declining

    I’m not sure a 30m wait on the phone (so far) to access my own money when I’m already having a very busy day is really acceptable @LloydsBank answer your bloody calls.

    @LloydsBank Answer your phone calls. Internet banking not working. 4 transfer errors already...no online chat, no call back facility. Stop hiding behind the worn out "we're experiencing extremely high call volume right now" and get your customer service levels up to scratch 🤬.
