    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    @LloydsBank No error messages Gary. The app is just thinking and never moves beyond the sign in page. My other banking apps work fine

    Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

    @LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

    @LloydsBank Given my screenshots are showing me being logged in to online banking, I'm fairly sure it's safe to assume that I am registered for online banking. This is a you problem - please forward on to your developers. I am happy to provide consultancy for a fee.

    @LloydsBank so far 3 visits to a Branch, 9.30 am Fri, 9 30am today, 12 noon today. Issue unresolved as your computer that generates passwords is broken?? How many more trips to branch for this old pensioner with mobility problems will it take? Back tomorrow morning - again. Fed up.

    @LloydsBank your customer service is by far the worst of all banks i have used in my adult life.A simple question of a card replacement, and an hour later, not only did i not get a resolution to my query,i was pawned off to complaints department where i have to wait until monday!

    @LloydsBank you are meant to be sending me a final response letter on a recorded call you promised this would be emailed on Tuesday on Wednesday i asked when this would arrive, to be blocked from your app for "abusive language" you also included a passive aggressive message about closing my bank account repeat thursday, friday and saturday should i drop the chat on the TL so people can see how you deal with customer complaints, or can someone ******** a pair and deal with it?
