    Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

    @LloydsBank to make things worse the team they need to speak to only work 9-5. In this day in age who still works 9-5!!!!! Poor service and considering I’m a platinum customer and pay for my account expect better service than I’m getting.

    Hi @LloydsBank. Your branch in Plymouth (Royal Parade) was closed yesterday and your website reflected this. Today it stated they were open but I have just made a special trip to visit and they are STILL closed. Appreciate COVID can cause closures but this was poor info from you

    @LloydsBank Thanks. The two payments don’t show as pending, but I received two drop down notifications informing me that two payments had gone through? So I don’t know if it’s pending or not. Royal Mail haven’t responded yet. I’m guessing I’ll find out tomorrow.
