Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

@LloydsBank can someone help me out? I’ve had transactions flagged last week, and apparently I HAVE to call to verify them but every time I do it’s an hour wait. I just got through to someone, they said they were transferring me to fraud dept. And got told its another hour wait.

@LloydsBank 4 weeks and still waiting for cash card. As usual- 20 min wait to get through on phone. No one will help. You charge me to get money out on credit card!!! & advise me to go to my local branch- but you shut them all. Disgusting service
