    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

    @LloydsBank I can't login into the app. One of three things happen: 1) I get technical error message 2) I get in but v.slow and then it says no internet connection Same with the website as well. V.Slow and I eventually get error message

    In total, 3 phone calls to the support, 3 visits to a physical branch just to open a simple bank account. In short @LloydsBank, I'm very disappointed by how your sign up process is cumbersome, overly complicated and definitely not client-friendly 8/9

    @nadinematheson @LloydsBank My app doesn’t work and can’t log in on online. My partner has also received a text message regarding my account. Not sure how that could even happen?

    @nadinematheson @LloydsBank I can log on but it's very slow. Shows account details ok. The problem is with transfers. Once the continue icon is pressed, it greys out and there's an error message about a glitch, followed by an error message stating technical problems and to try again later.

    @LloydsBank No but all the security codes I'd requested earlier on have all come through so I'm guessing you guys have fixed the problem.
