Steve Dawson (@SteveDawsonCKT) reported from Barton upon Irwell, England@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

Christine Clinton (@ChristineC_15) reported from Bolton, England@LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

💙Anne Williams 💙 (@annewillia) reported from Roby, England@LloydsBank Well it would be courteous to contact the customer annually to review bought items. And as such a loyal customer you could have compromised with an offer at least. I've banked with you, since my teens and worked 20 years with you too. Most disappointed tbh.

Uchechi Osuji (@UchechiOsuji3) reported@LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

Not Claudia Chaitto (@NChaitto39819) reported@LloydsBank @PaulCro76381375 Fobbed off to the complaints department who may likely tell you they have 8 weeks to reply and then when you’re expecting an answer they will extend it by an extra 8 weeks. Requesting a DSAR beforehand can help your complaint. Best of luck
-
LisaS (@ls39767284) reported@IngleKeviningle @LloydsBank Oh I can get someone to pick up the phone, but not the correct department. The correct department aren't picking up at all. Six working days later, all everyone else at Lloyds can say is "All we can suggest is that you keep trying". ????

flowersandchains (@LadyMuckOMRLP) reported@LloydsBank 4. ... the one who has to give in. Because you, MY BANK, never supports its customers. I've been a customer since 1988 yet you do not give a damn. For you the payee is ALWAYS RIGHT EVEN IF THEY ARE THE CRIMINAL. WHAT IS THE POINT OF YOU? YOU ARE FAILING TO BE A BANK.

Tom Richardson (@ThomasEdmund71) reported@LloydsBank Hi Gavin, I don’t need you to access my account - it’s feedback on the system. After about 10 attempts it to worked - didn’t change anything - same background, same lighting etc etc. It just decided to work . its just very annoying and I know others who have the same issues
-
judith anderson (@hortibabe) reported@LloydsBank Just spent 2 hrs with your 24/7 chat through the app and got nowhere. All they seemed to say is we're sorry and we want to help, but didn't. Some money has disappeared but they completely ignored that. Absolutely useless
-
Tim Powell (@tim_powell) reported@LloydsBank Thanks but I have wasted enough using your online systems. Just get your board/CEO to try and resolve a banking issue through the system. Then something might change. Complaints never seem to change anything.
-
DeskJockey (@notleksF1) reported@LloydsBank Can you advise if there is an issue with your application, I’m not seeing any recent payments. App Version 18403

- (@lb_2561) reported@DavidWebbTweet @jonniespence @LloydsBank David, kindly, get with the times you old fart. Biometrics are far more secure than passwords. Regardless, they do not have to inform you. It is an update that has been advertised on their website. It does not leave anyone open to hacking at all. All it means is, 1/2
