    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank Hi. Still not working unfortunately. The amount of my credit card still hasn’t changed although the credit available has changed (like previously mentioned)

    @LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

    @LloydsBank Yes done all that. Even logged in through browser and still not able to make a transfer. Lots of people on down detector have reported issues as well

    @LloydsBank Yes fraud team made the decision although I have provided crime ref number etc. so it just boils down to anyone being able to use my card and me being penalised for it!

    @LloydsBank I have. Working 12/day and being a carer limits phone time options. I don’t know why your system is suddenly refusing my payments, despite adequate funds being available. I do know I’m going to look elsewhere for banking services that will allow me to spend my own money.

    @LloydsBank After spending 6 hours getting access to my account after you blocked it when I tried to make a payment I've opened a bank account with Starling. Just tried to send my money over to MY OWN ACCOUNT and you've blocked my account again. Branch is closed. Absolute joke.

    Trying to report a credit card fraud with #lloydsbank and we’ve been on hold for 125 minutes! They’re exceptionally busy allegedly, reality is that only two ppl working the night shift. There has to be a better quicker way to deal with this surely?
