    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank This is ridiculous. After a 30min I got cut off while the issue was investigated with another department. Was told I would be contacted when resolved. I can’t get through on your phones. Why am I now not getting the promised call back???

    @LloydsBank @GambleAware it is very nice of you to flag suspicious payments to protect customers however having a 55 minute wait time with a message you appreciate us every few minutes completely preventing any other work makes whole experience a huge negative Your WFH is not working for your customer

    Really crap customer service from @LloydsBank - I can't even get into a telephone queue, just get a "we can't take your call today, ring back later" and get cut off.

    @LloydsBank Beyond a joke. £38 transfer gets a block on my account. No. given to call has ridiculous wait times & can’t resolve transferred to new queue with >1 hr wait times. 4 hours of calls & disconnections. Still no resolved, complaints answered in 1-4 weeks. No cust service!
