    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @Roberthastosay Phoned @LloydsBank this week. After my verification an automated voice said " Lloyds would like to save your voice for security, your voice will be used to access your account and services in future,Blah blah, we'll only share with 3rd party businesses we do business with" 😳😱

    @LloydsBank I have tried both and been on the phone to Apple support who have tried everything but can’t get it to download. Do you have an internal team you could refer me to who can help with tech issues for your app? Thanks

    @LloydsBank Last time they claimed I put the money in after 3.30pm. Until I showed them a message showing it was much earlier. They then admitted nothing is time stamped. This is what keeps causing the problem.

    @LloydsBank I have been a Lloyd's customer for 11 years.....I have two credit cards one of them I received 4 years ago (platinum, £6000 limit ) and the other 2 years ago ( cash back, £3000 limit )....suddenly, Lloyds decided decreased my limits to £ 500 and £850 respectively. I called...

    @LloydsBank - what taking so long for me to alert Lloyds to freeze/report a lost card when it wouldn’t let me through due to “technical” problem? Not everyone had time to go to a branch to do so!

    @LloydsBank fix your procedures for international wire transfers and provide an email address and working number to talk to a live person to get help ! I have a missing wire sent 3 times now #incompetent #customerexperience

    @LloydsBank impressed with your customer service (dealing with a card purchase wrongly flagged as fraud) today. The big difference to other banks is that you answered the phone call promptly, both the original call and the transfer. PLEASE keep it up.
