@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

@LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

@LloydsBank In the past, I have made an unwanted change to my statements just to get past it, then changed it back at a later date. Nowadays, I select "Let Me Choose", then don't make any changes, receive an error message telling me I've made no changes, but am able to click on my accounts.

@LadyofCrypto1 @StarlingBank Shout out to @LloydsBank in the UK. They are crypto friendly. I use their business account and I even asked directly about crypto businesses and they said it was no issue. Spoke directly to their specialised crypto department. Never had funds frozen.

I've caller both @Morrisons & @LloydsBank who both say the other is responsible for cancelling the pending payment & neither can help. That money is for this weeks groceries. They really don't care that £100 is a vital amount for people.

@LloydsBank why so hard to close an a/c? I have 4 with nil balances- not allowed to close them. Plus a monthly saver with a small balance, even your team member on the phone hasn't been able to close that one. I don't like the mess; help me to tidy up unused accounts please.
