    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank My experience with this bank!The bank sent me between March and May 2025, 4 Debit card replacements abroad!Just 1 card came up,but the same day was frozen despite perfectly working! All just because this greedy bank doesn't want to spend 8.50£ for tracking delivery!

    @SmartPredict_UK @LloydsBank Thank you very much for your very supportive comment,indeed.Yes,finally,I was forced like a few times before to use the Financial Ombudsman help against unfair Lloyds treatments towards me.Sadly,at this big financial company one can find that their hands don't cooperate as usual!

    @LloydsBank The Scottish man on the phone after making me waste all that time said he didn’t deem it see cure. No explanation when I asked why. Just an attitude. And you can listen to the entire call if you want. Appalling customer service. In the end he said ‘but you called us’ …

    @LloydsBank My dad was trying to add me to his account so that I can help him if he were to become unwell but none of the I'd I have is acceptable. I'm all for protecting against I'd fraud you can make a person feel unwelcome

    I don’t know how @LloydsBank justify taking £7 from struggling micro businesses for NOT paying a standing order. If money is unavailable just don’t pay it, don’t add salt to the wound by charging when clearly having the money in the 1st place is a problem. A tax for being poor?

    @LloydsBank I think the cheque scanning feature has stopped working in the app. Tried loads of times no response at all in camera view. Is this a bug?
