@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

David V Humphreys (@davidh7426) reported from Stockport, England
@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@37Tref @cheesedoff3 @LloydsBank Not at all. I have no issue in relation to genuine refugees. It’s the single male economic migrants leaving the women and children behind, throwing their documents into the sea, arriving in brand new trainers then grooming children with mobile phones they are given.

@RugbyGirlPoppy @cheesedoff3 @LloydsBank Asylum seekers. Get your facts straight, then move bank. Pretty sure Lloyds won't miss being associated with someone in support of this terrible policy. One step closer to fascism.

Johnny Main (@ajohnmain) reported from East Kilbride, Scotland
@LloydsBank Quick question - my secondary credit card works getting a statement from a cash machine but comes up "unsupported" when using it in a shop. Any ideas on how to solve this issue so the card can be used?

@Iromg are we 100% sure @LloydsBank sponsor/support legal defense of illegal immigrants? If true happy to close 5 accounts with them that have been in place for 40 years
-
Dollydaydream (@Dollyda66987969) reported
@Wouldbescouse @sophielouisecc @LloydsBank It's an excellent 'look' and I will now look into their policy on asylum seekers and if they support them I will consider moving my monies to their business.

@RugbyGirlPoppy @cheesedoff3 @LloydsBank What dangerous statement to make without any evidence to support it. Show us the evidence first Poppy, because I absolutely 100% know that it isn’t true

@LloydsBank That's rich coming from an organisation funding help for illegal migrants and their expensive legal appeals. Will be moving my accounts! And lose the goddam rainbow ffs!
