    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @LloydsBank Thank you for answering. My account has been closed, but the remaining balance was never transferred. Subsequent letters did not get answered, on your website there is no e-mail address to contact, and it is impossible to get through by phone.

    @LloydsBank - What has happened to the #Tonbridge branch. Took mum in to do some busines and it is closed. No notice on door, no letter to say branch was closing. Mum has been a customer for over 60 years. She's considering closing her account now.

    @LloydsBank What service is being offered to customers in Scotland where there are no longer branches?My son was told to travel from Glasgow to Carlisle to get a final statement for his Help to Buy ISA. Not treating customers fairly!
