@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank @jpcoliday My mother is having the same issue on the website (she's not on Twitter). Can get to login screen, logs in then message saying Online Banking is not available. Your customers are reporting a serious issue and cannot pay bills. Do not fob off with comments about 'WiFi'.

@LloydsBank We are closing branches but it's ok you can use the app say Lloyds. Now their internet banking goes down leaving people with problems paying bills etc. Their website says no problems. As long as the shareholders are happy. Stuff the customers.
