    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank As others seem to also be reporting, I can't get onto online banking through both the app or website. App suggested my password has expired (not happened before), website won't let me reset password or recognise my login number

    @LloydsBank registering paym on app but says authorise code wrong each time. So after an hour, on phones and in branches (where staff verified problem) I get told 'turn phone on and off'. Didnt work, now wait time ANOTHER 30mins. You serious?!

    @mousehus @LloydsBank @calvinrobinson What they mean by they have call centres in the UK AND overseas is they have call centres overseas unless you are a specific type of customer. As a customer of theirs more often that not you will get someone overseas who will sort of speak English but understands very little

    @LloydsBank Yes,the services team already said there was a problem with the way Amazon takes payments and there was nothing anyone could do about it. I don't belieeeve it!
