    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank worse experience ever, called them from a problem in my account and the guy who picked up the phone was very shady and refuse to put me through a manager when he told me he didn’t know. He was condescending and shady

    @LloydsBank The transaction went clean from @LloydsBank . The issue is not with them. I had to add them to know where the transaction was coming from. However on paying for the flight, through @paystack they said they were going to reverse it but this is yet to be done

    @LloydsBank Hi Keavy I have tried DM your team and I'm getting asked to do so much it's too hard, I just want my account unlocking, the app and web to let me use it without having to change password every time. It's shocking my other bank is with virgin and really simple to access
