@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank my local branch closed down & the nearest is 8 miles away, I went to pay some cash in today & NO DEPOSIT OPTION on the ATM (after a 16 mike round trip), so as you’re only open when I’m at work, how do I pay money in????? @LBGplc

@LloydsBank I don't use the app. Is there anywhere i could leave feedback on the website? Also, you should really look to add it in. While better than none at all, SMS 2fa is really isn't as safe as we're made to believe.
