    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @LloydsBank I want to close my and my partners HTB ISA’s - I tried to close them online but it says there’s an issue and I need to do this in branch - is there anyway we can do this remotely?

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank First my credit card was declined via ApplePay. Paid debit via chip and pin. Then credit card failed three more locations via ApplePay, debit card via ApplePay works. Finally Debit Card via ApplePay also fails. So what’s the fix?

    Shockingly bad experience with @santanderuk in trying to open a joint account. Two months of wait, errors on their part only to be told that our application and credit check validity has expired. So glad that @LloydsBank and @monzo are still my main accounts. #NeverSwitching

    @LloydsBank I did and was advised that it is normal practice for Lloyds to decline ApplePay to check that the holder has original card with pin. They accept that’s a problem with remote device like transport and EV chargers. Is this correct?

    @LloydsBank Every time I tried to log in. It gets stuck at the login screen asking about the memorable word. I can't even close the app or navigate to any other app. I have to restart my mobile to get back to normal. I hope this helps

    @LloydsBank It’s my sisters account not mine but she lives in Bali and we are calling from my U.K. phone so that wouldn’t be the problem. We called 0800 015 0012 which we found online as the number on the card also isn’t working 0345 300 000

    @MaddestMa @SueSuezep @LloydsBank You know when I set up a bank account with them starting my working life out back in 1984 … I had to provide them with a reference from an existing Lloyds customer (who I had to ask a lovely lady from work to recommend me) the arrogance then should have warned me to steer clear
