    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @LloydsBank when you’re abroad and you’ve lost access to your card and app, you’d speak to your bank thinking they could help only for them to make things even bloody worse. Now I can’t access telephone banking or do f*** all with my account let alone try access money. Thanks

    COMPLETELY DONE!!! @Gigantic saying they sent my refund for a concert that was meant to happen over a month ago and there must be a block, @LloydsBank telling me there's no block on my account and the money hasn't been sent. So WHERE IS MY MONEY?!?!

    @LloydsBank Fraud team has been told/given absolutely every bit of information they need! We’ve waited since Tuesday for a call back from the bank. My account isn’t even the account with the issues on. Bills shouldn’t not be paid because of this.
