@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

@LloydsBank I can see a few people have tweeted and have exactly the same issue. My partner has a lloyds card and the same problem too. Doesn't matter what Internet I use, it's the app not working

@LloydsBank Yes I did confirm I said 'it doesn't matter what Internet I use it doesn't work'. I've tried natwest+Halifax, neither work. Theres no error message, I authorise on the other bank, it sends me to a browser to log back into lloyds instead of to the app+it goes round in circles

@LloydsBank Help. I closed a current account with you a while back but a payment was made into it last month. The payment has been accepted, not forwarded to my new bank. I can't get to the money. Your call centre and local branch both say they can't help. Who can?

@LloydsBank Well there is because loads of people are having the issue? I can't use the website, because I'm trying to pay my credit card using my other bank account, and on the website you can only pay using another card
