    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @LloydsBank I want to close my and my partners HTB ISA’s - I tried to close them online but it says there’s an issue and I need to do this in branch - is there anyway we can do this remotely?

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank after spending 30mins on a call centre to then be put through to the Rochdale branch it would have been better customer service not to disconnect the phone! Frustrating!!!

    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    Lloyds Bank. Trying to update additional cardholder details. Can't do it online. Wrong phone number on website. Half hour wait. Redirected. 10 minute wait. Told can't do it on phone - need 'higher level of security'. Need to go into branch. Pathetic. Get a grip guys. #lloydsbank

    19:07. My issue with @LloydsBank is resolved. Took 9/10? phone calls. I began at 16:00. I was given wrong information, the systems didn't work & was put on hold & cut off twice. You couldn't make it up. Basic stuff just doesn't work properly anymore & it's so hard to get through.

    @LloydsBank I am using an iPhone XS, software iOS 15.4.1 (latest available), and I still cannot log in via the mobile app. I need to change my phone number because I no longer have access to the one I registered with. Is there another way I can do it without using the app, please?

    Hi @LloydsBank - you frequently block my card transactions and account transfers for absolutely no good reason whatsoever. This is your last chance or you leave me no alternative to undertake the pain of moving to a new bank.

    "we are experiencing extremely high call volumes". I am experiencing extreme frustration @LloydsBank are having a laugh. I started calling them at 16:00 - I am on the phone now still 18:36. They told me the issue had been resolved it had not. Is this my 7th/8th call? What next?

    @LloydsBank Nope no error message just spins on the login page. Tried deleting reinstall app but doesn’t let me. Tried different browsers and clearing cache

    @LloydsBank Emergency fund??? How about just letting us access our funds without blocking our cards unnecessarily. Second time in less than a week, first time stuck in the shop I was trying to pay waiting for over an hour for you to pick up. Now, I’ve been on hold for nearly TWO HOURS!!!
