🌞 nerealbeanie (@onerealbeanie) reported from Manchester, England@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.
-
Steve Dawson (@SteveDawsonCKT) reported from Barton upon Irwell, England@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. -
Shaz Snook (@ShazSnook) reported from Middleton, England@LloydsBank I’m pretty sure it was intentional as it rang for quite some time Claire. It’s a missing deposit query. It’s happened before when they have been slow turning a deposit from security plus around . Thanks tho

David V Humphreys (@davidh7426) reported from Stockport, England@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

- (@lb_2561) reported@jonniespence @DavidWebbTweet @LloydsBank Its not, David is just being the word he has just hurled at the customer service staff trying to help.
-
Cllr Ray Gardner (@cllrraygardner) reported@LloydsBank I cannot access the app because my phone was stolen in the same incident. I cannot access the online portal via web browser because even though it's a trusted device it requires a SMS text message. And I have spent a LOT of money trying to call Lloyds so far to no avail.
-
Lin #FREESPEECH 🇬🇧29/3 (@Lin46222208) reported@LloydsBank Keeps kicking me off before I can put security in. Very odd. Many years and never had a problem m. I will say things haven’t been quite right since you partnered with Halifax & BOS
-
David Webb (@DavidWebbTweet) reported@elonisabawbag @LloydsBank I know, it's like Lloyds bank is being run by children. I phoned them to tell them the problem and they just acted defensive, they weren't interested.
-
Joe💫Lewis (@joelewis_1996) reported@LloydsBank I get it wasn’t a security issue and was down to an internal IT change but it’s still a data breach surely.

Jatroa 🏴 (@jatroa) reported@LloydsBank But Lloyds never have glitches - according to Lloyds complaints officer. (so no need to investigate) Which is true? 1. it does, as stated by Lloyds? 2 It doesn't - so no glitch investigations will be made- so customers left at risk?
-
David Joynson (@ChickenGeorge_1) reported@LloydsBank hi, if you are going to send out letters with opening times on them, can you make sure they’re correct please. My letter says 8am to 4pm on a Saturday but when I rang up, it was closed. Only open Monday to Friday Not a good start for a new customer
-
Clayton Shivers (@Clayshiv) reported@steveleonard72 @LloydsBank This is the painful side of card migrations that never gets talked about. Embedded payment subscriptions break silently during network switches, and the customer has to figure it out. Update the card details in each subscription manually — most providers let you do it in account settings.
-
Deezer Dave (@deezerdave) reported@LloydsBank I know, I just can't believe I need to go into a branch to fill out a form to make this happen. It is the 21st century and the way branches are getting shut down you'd think I could do this on line.
-
Dean ™ (@bigwindowfitter) reported@LloydsBank won’t go into too much detail, just been into Swindon branch (not my normal branch) for some help & advise with an upcoming LPA. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you.
