Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

It is surprising I know but we don’t all have time to sit and wait to speak to Lloyds…. I’ll probably just close my Lloyds account, I cannot deal with this every time there is a slight problem.
