@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LloydsBank I haven’t been able to access your banking app all morning. I can see you’ve told others the issue “should be fixed” but it’s still down for me. Any update on when the issues will be resolved? I am on an iPhone it that helps at all.

@LloydsBank @Lukecrocker11 That’s Bullsh*t it’s not a simple restart your phone or come out and log in again. There is a problem with your app. If it’s not working just say it’s not and someone is trying to resolve this!!
