@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@chelseafran I just hope once this is all sorted, and it will be, CFC remember who bailed on us and move their accounts from @Barclays to one of their rivals. We must be a pretty lucrative customer so close all the accounts and move to @LloydsBank or some on me else!!

@nxwestmidlands any idea when you’re going to fix the app? Last week it wouldn’t allow me to use my @LloydsBank card due to security, now it won’t accept my other bank card. This is after you’ve updated it, so that it “solves” the issue. #sortitout
