They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

I called earlier and waited almost 30 mins to speak with a person and that simply told me to go through the process again. I have several times and the same thing happens. I tried calling again and it said a 40 min wait.

This was flagged to your bank previously and is negligence. You have also leaked my data by sending statements to an address that is not mine.

I could understand if it was a shop I did not regularly use. As usual from Lloyds dreadful service. Worst bank in the UK😡.

Then they have up to 8 weeks to investigate.This is a TIME sensitive issue. How can my only option be to wait 8 weeks for them to figure out why my address is wrong?
