    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank I want to close my and my partners HTB ISA’s - I tried to close them online but it says there’s an issue and I need to do this in branch - is there anyway we can do this remotely?

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    Trying to find any of @LloydsBank's telephone options that don't end with "we're unable to answer" and then them hanging up on me. An especially bad idea when it's the line for the INBOUND switching service...

    @LloydsBank 1 hour and 2 mins waiting and still no answer from Your AVA travel insurance and the website not been working properly for two days. No point in paying for something you can’t access. #frustrating
