@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank Sorry Brian it’s 10:30pm I gave up at 2 hours. If you’re forcing customers to call you to confirm transfers that have been previously done then Lloyds need to employ more customer service agents. 2+ hr wait times is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t be waiting this long

@LloydsBank Thank you, needed to check. If Lloyds provides an option to block card payments to gambling sites but doesn't provide an option to block deposits to PayPal, then the gambling block doesn't work as people will use PayPal for gambling. I will tell her to change banks.

@LloydsBank I currently have a Help to buy Isa account with £200 going into that account every month, but I want more going into it. Can I up this to say £500? If not then whatever way is there to save more or change the Isa account settings?

@LloydsBank What is up with your (so called) Customer Services? I have tried calling and regularly there are wait times of 20 minutes : this is TOTALLY unacceptable and is very poor service - especially for a premium Platinum Account customer!

Wow. 90 mins on told to @LloydsBank to get a problem solved that isn't my fault and I need rectified so i can use the cards Tomorrow morning.... This is not what I wanna be doing right now.. I used one of the cards this morning so there is not a problem with it. 👎😠🤦

@LloydsBank Lloyds Bank also seems to be promoting charities that encourage children (and their families) that they might have been born in the ‘wrong body’ and the solution is a lifetime of medication and surgery. I don’t want to support that as your customer.
