    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank The system needs updating to at least let people know what position in the que they are or offer a callback service. Leaving someone hanging over 4 hours from £Billion companies the size of Lloyd's and AXA just isn't acceptable.

    @LloydsBank I am really disappointed. onetime pass call could not be received because of cellular carrier outage, so I've been waiting to be sent an overseas onetime pass mail that is supposed to be sent w/in 10 days for overseas customers for 2 weeks. plz send it asap

    @LloydsBank just had the worst ever representative taking my call. After trying to explain a situation regarding my Dad who just died 4 weeks ago and my Mum with late stage dementia who is now in a care home,the response was rude & upsetting. Abysmal service

    @LloydsBank ++ to your telephone and when i call customer service, they told me that the only way to certify that I still exist is by visiting the branch. So, I was really very surprised to see that although there are many ways to do this proof, how come a bank still wants me ++

    Hey @LloydsBank Your SPECTACULAR incompetence is looking like costing me £100,000s today. The issue that you should have sorted 10 years ago and then 1 year ago you are telling me can't be sorted today (having told me it would be sorted yesterday)
