Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

I’m literally doing the work for you and my car is actually now parked in a safer place!!! Awful.

They are a bureaucratic nightmare. You want security, this is not the bank?

Seems unnessarily long. With @LloydsBank I added a savings account within my online banking in a few clicks.
