    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @LloydsBank I want to close my and my partners HTB ISA’s - I tried to close them online but it says there’s an issue and I need to do this in branch - is there anyway we can do this remotely?

    @LloydsBank To wait in another hour long queue and try speak to someone else. It is surprising I know but we don’t all have time to sit and wait to speak to Lloyds…. I’ll probably just close my Lloyds account, I cannot deal with this every time there is a slight problem.

    @LloydsBank I`ve reported problem with refund for expired debit card couple days ago and yesterday I`ve received txt to call this number and I`m not so sure that it`s not a scam

    Major problems in reporting fraud @LloydsBank this is my fifth phonecall now. Repeating myself over and over each time yet never getting close to speaking to someone in the fraud team. Hour wait and it cuts off after 40 mins. Twitter search confirms lots of problems here

    @LloydsBank trying to get a saving account closed via app but get error message to say can’t at moment but can through internet banking. But have tried that and same error on internet banking , is this a known issue?

    @LloydsBank really struggle to understand why a branch won't verify ID docs for me to use unless it's for Lloyds bank business, last wk the branch wouldn't help with my credit card issues, why so unhelpful Lloyds, seriously thinking of shutting my accounts after two issues now 😥
