    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @Dominos_UK This form you’ve sent me now on numerous occasions comes up with an error everytime I complete it. Maybe I’ll have to use @LloydsBank chargeback instead considering you are unable to deal with this efficiently

    @LloydsBank I’m not suggesting we fix the issue via social media. To repeat I HAVE NO ABILITY TO CALL. Is there any alternative or is that the only way I can fix this issue.
