@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank @GambleAware it is very nice of you to flag suspicious payments to protect customers however having a 55 minute wait time with a message you appreciate us every few minutes completely preventing any other work makes whole experience a huge negative Your WFH is not working for your customer

Trying to talk @LloydsBank but they refuse to allow me to discuss my account so after 40 years, like our business accounts, my personal account will close It then turns out they won’t allow access to funds over £5000 without notice! I honestly believe #Bitcoin has better ethics

@LloydsBank This is ridiculous. After a 30min I got cut off while the issue was investigated with another department. Was told I would be contacted when resolved. I can’t get through on your phones. Why am I now not getting the promised call back???
