    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank The payment was pending but we were told it was not possible to reverse by the person on the phone. Regarding contacting the website - Having read responses from other people on trust pilot it is extremely hard to contact them. We automatically cancelled the application online.

    @LloydsBank That’s not the “why”. What difference is there between me entering it manually through the app/website and telling an person down a phone line? I did the phone call already and your human failed to make the change.

    @garypclarke @LloydsBank I just tweeted I have the same problem! Have you had it resolved yet? Don’t feel like spending hrs on the phone to them! Bought travel insurance elsewhere this year rather than risk this not being fixed. Expect I won’t get a refund on account fee though for the extra expense!

    @BBCNews @LloydsBank -oh, now it makes sense. A year ago, during August you closed permanently 1/2 of your London banks. @Barclays closed over 1/2 of branches. This was big factor in me not travelling there again. I worried about needing to get cash & about elderly pensioners' access to £

    @LloydsBank never had such difficulty in trying to get hold of customer services.All phone lines do is repeat did you know you can do this online?If I could I wouldn’t be ringing you! go through hoops to get through for it to just say.Sorry we’re all busy no even put on hold.
