@LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank Can you help? Son opened a u-19 a/c online, but didn't have right ID. Told in branch that ref number will expire in 14 days. It's been 16, and we now have ID - if we go to the branch tmrw will they be able to complete his account?

So a poll suggesting that @LloydsBank is one of the worst places to work I can 100% confirm that I can agree managers are appalling with absolutely no people skills and speak to people like a piece of **** as they aren’t making much more than the average customer service handler.

I come up quickly against an issue in that I have no credit history (as a renter I’ve not had to buy any big ticket items I might need a loan for).. so I try and get a credit card from @LloydsBank who... decline me because I have no credit history. 2/

@LloydsBank every time I log in to my mobile app it asks me to update my phone number. I have done this at least 50 times over the last 2 months and it is starting to become really annoying!

@CyborgFinance @LloydsBank Yes I’m working with an independent advisor, just seems a bit nuts that there’s zero reward for being a long term customer when it comes to making these decisions. I used to get hassled to get a credit card from them and now I’ve decided I want one I get told to go elsewhere!
