    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank No error message and no other option, just the app. The app opens but there is no prompt or message to verify my card on Apple Pay. I live in Spain so the app method is actually ideal, if it worked.

    @LloydsBank we've been trying to report fraudulent account activity for the last three hours. Impossible to get through on phone - calls go unanswered and then repeatedly cut off. How do we get to speak with someone?

    @LloydsBank Regarding your colleagues advice, it is to upload a written letter to request a change in phone number, to my phone number that you already have on your system and your bank keeps on quoting back to me! And the upload service is unavailable!

    @LloydsBank Credit card. Not got the text yet, but it usually takes 20 minutes to come through, then says wait 10 minutes. funnily enough 30 minutes after you let me down I am not going to wait.
