Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

Tim Harris (@timaharris) reported@LloydsBank First my credit card was declined via ApplePay. Paid debit via chip and pin. Then credit card failed three more locations via ApplePay, debit card via ApplePay works. Finally Debit Card via ApplePay also fails. So what’s the fix?
