@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

@LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

Astonishingly poor service from @LloydsBank who I’ve informed that a payment from an account that isn’t mine has appeared on my credit card due to an error on their system for my direct debit. They will do nothing today leaving someone else out of pocket. Appalling.

@LloydsBank your automated phone line for keeping an account open isn’t working. You have to press 1 to keep your account open. It is not recognising when I press 1. I’ve done it three times

@LloydsBank Thanks. I've asked him to check a couple of times and pointed out the fact he's giving me 9 digits not 8. I'll have to ask him again. Problem is I think he's getting upset with me, yet it's clear the information he's giving me is incorrect.
