    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank Sorry to bother but I don’t know where else to ask. My easy saver is locked and I called to ask why, and I was told to go down to a bank near me and sign something for it. I don’t have any availability when the Lloyds banks are open, what do you suppose I could do?

    @LloydsBank is it only me, but why have we been lumped with a useless Cashback Mastercard when it was previously Avios which was far better and as a Customer preferred. My custom is taken for granted and at best is a unilateral contract. Even my local Manager was perplexed!

    @LloydsBank Thanks James. Staff stated it is a ‘premiere’ film couldn’t be used. Doesn’t state on tickets nor is #NoTimeToDie advertised anywhere in the venue or website as ‘premiere’. Tickets were not trying to be used on opening week either.

    @LloydsBank Yes . It was TFL recharge which is not working at the moment. Also there is no confirmation from TFL about the transaction which was done on 16th and money got deducted on 20th September 2021

    I phoned @LloydsBank yesterday just to ask a question- apparently that resets my details and so now I can’t access my online banking for 48hours - what a completely stupid system. Why on earth aren’t customers warned this will happen?

    @LloydsBank I have been trying log onto my banking app on my mobil and laptop for the last 3 days. I have rang all I keep getting us that you have no report issues. I have reported this every time I have tried, and looking at some of the comments on here I am not the only one
