    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank No. I explained that your website states that you will send them automatically. He said that’s not always the case & confirmed that a card was not sent out prior to me ordering one on the 24th. No explanation as to why.

    @LloydsBank Hi. I'm attempting to register LloydsApp from another country. I do get the call for entering the displayed pin, but the call gets disconnected before giving me a chance to enter the pin. The same thing happens if I try to login through a web browser. I can't use both

    @LloydsBank as a platinum member not able to speak to an agent that can help. Tried 2 different no’s, first 03453000000, the agent transferred the call but went to agent who said will put me through again - they then gave me a direct no. 0800 783 0543 but this is AA breakdown !

    @LloydsBank Hi, I have received a job interview request and have to select a time slot on myworkdayjobs but it won't let me proceed with any of the options. I keep getting an error "Page Error, inbox task is not valid for user". Who can I speak to in order to fix this? Thank you.

    @LloydsBank Hi Margaret, it just come up as 'Lloyds Bank' I can't access a number for it, it was a first time/setup payment to a Barclays account if that helps :)

    @LloydsBank I just called and they were no help at all they just told me I can’t have a credit card limit increase and I will get charged but the woman didn’t sound like she knew what she was talking about and didn’t give me the amount I will be charged for going over

    @LloydsBank This might be a stupid question - would I be able to set up another classic bank account to put savings in? I don't wish to open a savings account as I wanna be able to easily access the account and take money out
