    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @1MarkMoss @LloydsBank has blocked my account 3 times in a row, when trying to transfer money into @NexoFinance . Despite asking them to whitelist my Nexo account on the first 2 occasions, the 3th one happened. I told them to go **** themselves & moved all my banking. Dinosaurs gonna die.

    @LloydsBank There are several issues and first one is I've down loaded lloyds banking mobile app and I get so far then it asks me to insert the otp but I am receiving the code and then it gives me option to cancel or call lloyds. I don't have cash as my debit card is not working

    @LloydsBank so you send me replacement debit (2nd class) it doesn't arrive. you now say you sent another (2nd class). also say if it doesn't arrive by the 6th december, the card i currently have will be cancelled anyway. and that's my problem to argue with the post office.

    @LloydsBank Thanks again Gavin. Now they want me to come into the branch with her with all my ID.She spent over 3 hours with 5 policemen, she pleaded for them to give her some money to get a taxi home or call her a taxi and they said they were unable to help after 25 years of banking there,

    @LloydsBank Many loyal customers have read your "helpful" on line scripts. Sadly, one page does not help the individual. Personally, my arrears have been subject to numerous complaints to Lloyds! Final line. Pay back what you can from Universal Credit and PIP!
