    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank Hi, I am out of the country. I am not making international calls on my number using my money for an error you have made . All banks have a chat service on their app now . Lloyds bank needs to move to the 21st century . I need my refund back asap . Poor service 😡😡😡. Thanks

    @LloydsBank Don't waste your time applying for a Lloyds Bank mortgage. They have an unbelievably tough credit scoring system and I was inexplicably turned down for a remortgage. I recently got a couple of mortgage offers elsewhere with zero issues. They seem to want to lend with nil risk.

    @LloydsBank Yes, I went through the process of adding a new device whilst away but was logged off and now have no access to my accounts. Is there another way of resolving this other than spending a fortune on phone calls?
