Londoner in New York (@Tommaso99) reported@LloydsBank So you arbitrarily block online transactions made abroad - potentially causing a lot of bother for your clients - then you have a ONE HOUR wait to speak to an agent (on an EMERGENCY line) and no way of dealing with it online. What kinda circus are you guys running?

But nothing. I pay for a service I'm not receiving. If I had serious accident abroad it would have cost me la fortune.

I’ve now been cut off. I have no access to my money. HELP.
