    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    @LloydsBank I was recently conned by a taxi driver in Bratislava. I was quoted €50, but he debited €500, without any prompt for me to confirm the “purchase” in my app. I have spoken to your Customer Services, but they have been unable to do anything. Please help 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

    @LloydsBank Yes writing is clear and I haven’t tried to deposit it before as I can’t progress any further than shown . I’ve never had any problems in the past and use this function regularly.

    @HamdonMart @LloydsBank @MartinSLewis duplicate transcations like the old access card scams, partially tear up the paper and throw it in the bin and retrieve it later. Pretend the card reader didnt work then they ask to put the card back in. Even a market burger van got a card reader

    @LloydsBank Not as sure as you are. You tell me to call if I haven’t had the card. I call and you redirect me to the app. If I’ve gone to the trouble of calling, you should, at least, help. Telling me to use the app is a cop out.

    @LloydsBank Well, I went into @HSBC_UK Guildford yesterday to try and wind up some accounts, even though they struggled to copy some docs I was impressed, then off to Lloyds, who on earth did the decorating in the branch, 1960s style colours and rest area, it's run down too. :(

    @LloydsBank The last email I had from you was on 18 September to say it would be escalated to your publisher to investigate why I have not received any magazines, and you have requested any issues I have missed are sent out. Still not received any magazines nor anything from the publisher.

    Rarely do I need to visit a bank these days but given their retreat to main city branches one would assume they’d be resourced up accordingly. Two visits three days to @LloydsBank at #Birmingham has been a poor customer experience in that only two cashier desks are open. 1/2

    @HamdonMart @LloydsBank @MartinSLewis maybe the cvv on the card is the achilles heel all along. It should be memorised like the initial pin number sent separately. Impossible then for a skimmer without the ccv2

    @LloydsBank It wasn't a scam as such, I was sold a faulty product paid for by bank transfer and I've been trying to contact the customer service for 3 months who are just consistently ignoring me, so I don't know what to do
