    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

    @LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

    @LloydsBank I phone to today and the woman who helped was very helpful. As I went to my local bank and the staff wasn't very helpful and wasn't interested at all to help me out.

    @LloydsBank Hi, unfortunately not an isolated incident. Service for past 2 years whilst I’ve been overseas hasn’t been great I’m afraid despite regular Comms from me. Every 2/3 weeks contact fraud as they don’t recognise I’m working abroad. Have lost too much money and time in this.Not happy

    @LloydsBank You are a Disgrace.. My 70+ Mother has been trying to pay for a service. You did not authorise payment, despite being ample there to cover it. 1hour 15mins later we are still waiting. “We are particularly busy at the moment” No wonder you are, as your system is CRAP
