    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

    @LloydsBank My dad has unfortunately lost the receipt but there was a tracking number on it and a website listed where you could track your international cheque and have proof it was delivered / cashed

    @LloydsBank I have been using my Mobile data as that's all i have, also made sure app is up to date aswell but no luck. I was able to log in online with no problems it's the app that doesn't want to work for me.Error 1007 and a bunch of other things saying you're having technical problems

    @LloydsBank Essentially we just want to prove that it was the IRS who cashed this cheque in Nov 19 - maybe that’s something Lloyds can help with?

    @LloydsBank It happens when I click transfer on both website and App. I think the specific bank account isn't fully working correctly as It's displaying an amount that I haven't had in it for a while. I shall try using mobile data to see if there is any difference. -Bill
