    @LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

    @LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

    @LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

    @LloydsBank I want to close my and my partners HTB ISA’s - I tried to close them online but it says there’s an issue and I need to do this in branch - is there anyway we can do this remotely?

    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @ZubyMusic @LloydsBank started doing that to me. After 3 consecutive instances, despite me having to call them to unlock my bank account and asking them to whitelist the exchange, I decided to just work with @RevolutApp . No issues whatsoever, so far.

    @LloydsBank That isn't good enough. You need to call people back. You have large sums of customers money and you are denying people access to it and cutting them off. This is not acceptable behaviour from a bank. Have a call back system. I'm now in the same queue 1 hour 20 and counting.

    @LloydsBank Yes it’s from Pizza Hut. They refunded on 9 Jan and said 3-5 working days.

    @lexautolease stay away from this lease provider. The worst service possible as a lease driver through a company car scheme. Management abscond, communication non existent and lack of care @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank Thank you John, perhaps Lloyds could ensure their customer service telephone call handlers have access to this information going forward. They were adamant there was no such option.

    @LloydsBank Did not get any help by calling them, he said login to online account then put phone down. You cannot add open banking via website
