🌞 nerealbeanie (@onerealbeanie) reported from Manchester, England@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.
-
Shaz Snook (@ShazSnook) reported from Middleton, England@LloydsBank I’m pretty sure it was intentional as it rang for quite some time Claire. It’s a missing deposit query. It’s happened before when they have been slow turning a deposit from security plus around . Thanks tho

Lou 🐝 (@Louise_Robson_) reported from Oldham, England@LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Steve Dawson (@SteveDawsonCKT) reported from Barton upon Irwell, England@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. David V Humphreys (@davidh7426) reported from Stockport, England@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.
-

judith anderson (@hortibabe) reported@LloydsBank Just spent 2 hrs with your 24/7 chat through the app and got nowhere. All they seemed to say is we're sorry and we want to help, but didn't. Some money has disappeared but they completely ignored that. Absolutely useless
-
🌱Jen (@Jen_grows) reported@alitia23 @MartinSLewis @LloydsBank It isn’t about that though it’s when you find out a few months down the line that you’ve got fraud on your account 🙄 the staff on the phone just don’t seem to care about customers at all
-
I am just me (@andy_uk44) reported@LloydsBank I can deal with it myself but you have caused me so so much stress it’s just you guys making me feel this way,it’s so unbelievable how a simple thing could of been done within a few weeks yet it’s taken months of utter disrespect from staff at customer support
-
Dusty Wolfman (@dusty_wolfman) reported@LloydsBank Can you advise whether this was a result of errors made by onshore or offshore colleagues? If your development centres in India are not following change processes you need to be bringing the work back onshore and taking advantage of skilled UK workers. #HelpingBritainProsper
-
SM (@samcd84) reported@LloydsBank Hi Naomi, I didn’t ask if anyone had access to my accounts. I asked if they saw my personal data in the form of transaction details? Can you also confirm if this affected community accounts
-

I am just me (@andy_uk44) reported@LloydsBank No I won’t as I know you can’t do anything in fact I’m waiting for the ceo to return my email but that won’t happen will it as they rather pass it to some poor customer support person so they don’t have to face the burden of the customer themselves ,I regret the day I joined LB
-
Mark Fraser (@SomnusWanderers) reported@LloydsBank hi, I’ve just seen what happened earlier & would like you to explain how you can guarantee my bank transactions weren’t shown to another customer?. Obviously I’m completely horrified about this.
-
Maxine Connolly (@MaxineConn28577) reported@LloydsBank Now saying login details need reset...I hadn't even entered any!

The Paypers (@ThePaypers) reported@LloydsBank 1/ Every time a customer taps a card, an invisible web of issuers, acquirers, gateways, and processors fires into action. One weak link in authorisation, routing, or uptime, and the whole flow breaks. Payments work because partnerships work.
