🌞 nerealbeanie (@onerealbeanie) reported from Manchester, England@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.
-
Shaz Snook (@ShazSnook) reported from Middleton, England@LloydsBank after spending 30mins on a call centre to then be put through to the Rochdale branch it would have been better customer service not to disconnect the phone! Frustrating!!!
-
Steve Dawson (@SteveDawsonCKT) reported from Barton upon Irwell, England@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?
-
Ben Corrie (@bigbencorrie) reported from Manchester, EnglandAwful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. -
Shaz Snook (@ShazSnook) reported from Middleton, England@LloydsBank I’m pretty sure it was intentional as it rang for quite some time Claire. It’s a missing deposit query. It’s happened before when they have been slow turning a deposit from security plus around . Thanks tho
-
David V Humphreys (@davidh7426) reported from Stockport, England@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.
-
Dennis De Souza (@desouzadennis1) reported from Manchester, England@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service
-
Lou 🐝 (@Louise_Robson_) reported from Oldham, England@LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?
-

-
mihall (@chatsharris11) reported@LloydsBank the year is 2026 and in order to get a loan you have to rely on posted application forms as their online app for a loan doesn't work. What a joke, plus customer service no help, loyal customer over 25 years #shambles
-
David Webb (@DavidWebbTweet) reported@FreeAndyT @LloydsBank But they take the settings from the app on your phone and apply them to your account. That means when you log in from any PC it doesn't ask for your password. Obviously PCs aren't equipped to check fingerprints or anything so the security is very weak.
-
Sam (@Aishanie2) reported@LBGplc Extremely disappointed with @LloydsBank customer service is the worst. My partner withdrew a large amount of money and wasn’t given an envelope. When he asked, he was told “I can only give a money bag, it’s not big enough,” so he had to carry a *** of cash on the high street.
-
David Briscoe (@dXbriscoe) reported@LloydsBank @londonphil13 Lazy from @LloydsBank really puts people off trying to help.
-
Ali (@lordtactitus) reported@LloydsBank Hi Sanaa, I've been trying for the last couple of hours on two seperate phones, so it's unlikely to be my phone or a local issue. The error message is 'Something went wrong, we couldn't start your chat. Please go back and try again'.
-
Freesia 🌹 Bouquet (@JooDS2) reported@LloydsBank very disappointed today to find out that you will not be participating in the new banking hub in St Annes on the Sea. Older and less able customers now have to get themselves to Blackpool or Preston. Not good and definitely not good customer service.
-
NPC (@NPC14) reported@DavidWebbTweet @LloydsBank I still had to use my biometric fingerprint to log on. Is there some issue somewhere?
