@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

@LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

Ah well, off to the postbox to send my snail mail reply to @LloydsBank’s customer services people. No means given in their letter of replying by email or secure messaging to their written response to my complaint. It’s almost as if they don’t want to engage with their customers.

@LloydsBank I haven’t. I was told by car phone warehouse that for the past 2 weeks all Lloyds customers have had their cards blocked after making new purchase. I have no other info, this is between you and CW. Just annoying as I couldn’t purchase my phone thanks to your issue

@LloydsBank CW didn’t even try, they said it was a known issue at CW. Idk speak to them, it’s not really my problem as I’m not using them anymore. Just thought you should be aware that that is what CW are telling your customers
