@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

@LloydsBank. Inspite of Saying you are here 24/7 to answer customer queries, I have tried 3 times to call and discuss opening a savings account. Every time your message is “we are very busy and cannot take your call goodbye.”

@faisalislam @MetCC @LloydsBank I got reimbursed by HSBC - big inconvenience as then without working ATM until replacement sent from hk. At time HSBC said, yep happens all the time in that area so best only use ATMs inside the branch.

@LloydsBank Still not resolved nearly 6 hours after being hit by a third party driver. Your customer service is an absolute joke at the exact moment it needs to be reliable. I find it ironic that I get to speak to an advisor within 2 minutes when I’m paying for my policy…
