@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

@LloydsBank why are your branches still only open 9:30-3pm Mon - Fri making it impossible for anyone that works to get in to see someone? My card is now 3 days out of date meaning I can't access my money and no idea if the new card has been stolen in the mail.

As a @LloydsBank customer I'm shocked. I found a wallet containing a large amount of cash today. Within the wallet is a Lloyd's bank card. I called Lloyd's asking if they could contact their customer to let them know I have their wallet. I've been told they will not contact them!
