    @LloydsBank Well it would be courteous to contact the customer annually to review bought items. And as such a loyal customer you could have compromised with an offer at least. I've banked with you, since my teens and worked 20 years with you too. Most disappointed tbh.

    @LloydsBank Hi. Still not working unfortunately. The amount of my credit card still hasn’t changed although the credit available has changed (like previously mentioned)

    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

    @LloydsBank appreciate your algorithms n’all but blocking legit payments with zero notice just because it’s west Africa is really flipping annoying. You’re covering your own liability not mine and it’s very poor customer experience. Vexed!

    I have to make an appt via the misnamed Customer Services team. There are no appts during Aug&Sept! i didnt know @lloydsbank closed i summer. I'll advise my m-i-l's care home to wait until Oct. in the meantime I'll be contacting @SkiptonBuildingSociety who actually speak with me.

    Hi @LloydsBank how can an elderly account holder get support regarding Lloyds Platinum credit card? They are unable to access telephone banking, have no computer and hard of hearing. There is a 20 minute queue when trying the telephone number the branch told him to call. Tks

    @LloydsBank you’ve put a block on my card to check for fraud (it isn’t fraud, it’s me) and I can’t get through on the phone to get it lifted. I need to go shopping for my son’s birthday tomorrow so I need you to sort this out NOW. I don’t have another way to pay!

    @PL13Les @Allianz @LloydsBank Good luck........ours took forever. Once we finally received our settlement letter saying payment will be 5-10 working days, took 6 weeks for it to be received. Complaints team are worse than claims. Our 8 weeks is up tomorrow and still no response so off to the FOS we go

    @LloydsBank I just got an email saying I had a statement of fees in my inbox. I closed my account over a month ago, so am assuming this isn't anything I should be concerned with? Also, I can't log it to read it anyway as my login details don't work after closing account!

    @LloydsBank Trying to report a fraudulent transaction. Have been holding for 36 minutes. Interestingly, I have spoken with 2 people, both put me on hold, then after a minute, the system has put me back in the queue twice. Is your process for reporting fraud broken?

    @LloydsBank you have not authorized a payment I've tried to make about 5 times now, and I've been asked to go through the phone verification process each time-- it is clearly me. You are about to lose me as a customer because of your inefficiency.

    @LloydsBank I have a platinum account. They didn’t say how long but when I spoke to them they was working on MAY claims!! What’s their contractual SLA? I doubt it’s 2 months…

    @LloydsBank Yeah I am trying to call that number but I have been on hold for 25 minutes. Do you know how long the wait time is?? Is there another way to speak to anyone ? I can’t access my phone because my card is blocked so I can’t pay my bill??
