Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

They’re on a remote island ,no immediate neighbours in a beach hut, contract mobile was stolen , only an old PAYG mobile with no calling credit. No cards or cash…. All they want is an email address to message you

Or was the poster expecting someone from Lloyds bank to hop on the train with a bag full of goodies for them as the poster apparently couldn’t survive a 3 hour train journey

I can't view the current offers, or any offers I've opted in to. The rest of the app works fine & I'm using the latest version.
