@LloydsBank appreciate your algorithms n’all but blocking legit payments with zero notice just because it’s west Africa is really flipping annoying. You’re covering your own liability not mine and it’s very poor customer experience. Vexed!

@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

The wait time is over 30 minutes to get to a representative; there is no option offered for Lloyds Bank to telephone the caller back?
