    @LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

    @LloydsBank Well it would be courteous to contact the customer annually to review bought items. And as such a loyal customer you could have compromised with an offer at least. I've banked with you, since my teens and worked 20 years with you too. Most disappointed tbh.

    @LloydsBank For God's sake, why do you keep changing the way to log in. A finger print has been good until today. Who the hell, remembers their log on detail after so long.

    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank appreciate your algorithms n’all but blocking legit payments with zero notice just because it’s west Africa is really flipping annoying. You’re covering your own liability not mine and it’s very poor customer experience. Vexed!

    @LloydsBank absolutely shocking service. Card frozen on a transaction even though I approved it via the app. No notification it has been frozen via text on anything so I have to call. 14 mins to get through to customer service and then 30 mins to be transferred to fraud. Awful!

    @ant_hkuk @cryptomaniqxc @LloydsBank My best guess would be that Lloyd’s have outsourced customer support to India - inherently nothing wrong with that as long as the folks there have the right ability to assist with all our support needs

    For 'issues' read the app telling you they have declined a payment and cancelled your card on an order already confirmed. Then an hour later all tickety boo again. 2nd app outage in recent times with customers data skewed/ compromised. Do better @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank @creva Hey Lloyds - not the first comment about how this efficiency/streamlining for (Lloyds) screws ups things for customers. Was there some form of customer survey ? Yet another business decision forcing customers to bank elsewhere. Totally not thought through by some suit.
