    @LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

    @LloydsBank Well it would be courteous to contact the customer annually to review bought items. And as such a loyal customer you could have compromised with an offer at least. I've banked with you, since my teens and worked 20 years with you too. Most disappointed tbh.

    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank appreciate your algorithms n’all but blocking legit payments with zero notice just because it’s west Africa is really flipping annoying. You’re covering your own liability not mine and it’s very poor customer experience. Vexed!

    @LloydsBank #emergency #insurance wondered what is the emergency contact number because your staff dont know? #sentincircles fill in a form for an emergency?? Spent 20 mins 3 calls = left in a queue! Problem resolved so who needs emergency insurance you cant access??

    @peterkyle my wife got made redundant from a large bank @LloydsBank . Her job was to quality check calls dealing with debt and vulnerable customer. This is largely now going to be done by AI. So why it may create roles for the qualified, the human touch is gone.

    @LloydsBank The card the PIN is supposed to be for has never had a previous PIN. It's the first and only PIN and doesn't work. I'm not asking for help, these posts are for other people to read so they get an idea how inefficient the bank is. My partner has wasted hours on the phone over this

    @LloydsBank If other companies did it I'd ask them not to and I would expect them to comply, I am after all the customer. I've asked you not to and you choose to ignore my request. Is that good quality customer service? I also object to receiving emails that I cannot reply to.

    @LloydsBank Yes I called, passed DP, and explained the issue, then he put me on hold but disconnected the call instead. And the app says it notifies you when you have a message, it does for the first one and then doesn’t after that, when you and re open the messages it starts for new again

    @LloydsBank your customer service is so below par. You change my address on my accounts & Mortgage BY MISTAKE. You post my details to a stranger. You promise a call back within 5 days (doesn’t happen), then send me a letter saying £75 will apologise for your horrendous mistake???
