    @LloydsBank appreciate your algorithms n’all but blocking legit payments with zero notice just because it’s west Africa is really flipping annoying. You’re covering your own liability not mine and it’s very poor customer experience. Vexed!

    @LloydsBank I did and was advised that it is normal practice for Lloyds to decline ApplePay to check that the holder has original card with pin. They accept that’s a problem with remote device like transport and EV chargers. Is this correct?

    @LloydsBank Every time I tried to log in. It gets stuck at the login screen asking about the memorable word. I can't even close the app or navigate to any other app. I have to restart my mobile to get back to normal. I hope this helps

    @LloydsBank Thanks Graeme, still on hold (1hr 55 minutes now) Wouldn't normally be an issue but this is my main bank account and I can't use it unless I get it unblocked.

    @LloydsBank Is the inability to call for the 4 digit authentication code a regular issue? I just find it very odd you wouldn't call him and instead are sending a letter with a password on it. When I did my internet banking set up minutes before him.
