@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank Well it would be courteous to contact the customer annually to review bought items. And as such a loyal customer you could have compromised with an offer at least. I've banked with you, since my teens and worked 20 years with you too. Most disappointed tbh.

@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

@Macka7 @LloydsBank Same issue. They've had nearly two 🤬 years to sort out home workers but still seem to be hiding behind the usual Covid "we experiencing exceptionally high call volumes" as a way to fob us off. Internet banking not working at the moment 🤬

@LloydsBank it would be great if you could allow branches to turn off the Muzak to allow the hard of hearing to use their hearing aids more effectively. And also to allow disabled customers to sit down when dealing with transactions. Covid excuses are getting old now.

@LloydsBank That’s the problem, the limits need to be separated. I have no issues and I frequently do use Apple Pay for larger transactions as it’s extremely secure, however contactless cards aren’t. I would like to drop the contactless limit for the card whilst keeping Apple Pay the same

@LloydsBank multiple payments declined again. I have funds in my bank payments constantly decline. Been to the store 3 times they can't give me any answers. Most useless bank out there an terrible customer service as they can't even tell my why the payments are declining

@LloydsBank We visit each month to conduct our transactions and take cash needed for the month. Online banking is not possible for my wife so branch access is vital.

I’m not sure a 30m wait on the phone (so far) to access my own money when I’m already having a very busy day is really acceptable @LloydsBank answer your bloody calls.
