@LloydsBank Well it would be courteous to contact the customer annually to review bought items. And as such a loyal customer you could have compromised with an offer at least. I've banked with you, since my teens and worked 20 years with you too. Most disappointed tbh.

@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank We settled the account and I’ve written letters and called the credit card department and nobody seems to be able to find the account and it’s no longer on my Lloyds online accounts. Just sat as a balance on credit card. Please can you help?

@LloydsBank how do I make contact! I was on hold for 40 minutes before being hung up on. In the meantime I'm unable to use my card online and your online banking app is no help. In March you also sent my replacement card to the wrong address, terrible service recently.

I’ve been with @LloydsBank for 38 years and have recently endured appalling customer service from them. Do I bother taking it to the Financial Omnudsman or just closing all my accounts with them and moving to @BarclaysAccess or someone else?

@LloydsBank I received the call, perfect signal but the automated thing wasn’t clear at all. I tried entering the 4 digit code using the keypad. The system then hung up on me. I pressed next on the website and it said verification had failed. It didn’t give me the option to try again.
