  • annewillia 💙Anne Williams 💙 (@annewillia) reported from Roby, England

@LloydsBank Well it would be courteous to contact the customer annually to review bought items. And as such a loyal customer you could have compromised with an offer at least. I've banked with you, since my teens and worked 20 years with you too. Most disappointed tbh.

  • Garden_Ser i - garden services (@Garden_Ser) reported from Wallasey, England

@LloydsBank For God's sake, why do you keep changing the way to log in. A finger print has been good until today. Who the hell, remembers their log on detail after so long.

  • ChristineVick14 Christine Vickers (@ChristineVick14) reported from Birkenhead, England

@LloydsBank Problems accessing accounts. What's happening?

  • Maaarrt Martin Clarke* (@Maaarrt) reported from Wallasey, England

@LloydsBank Are there issues with internet banking at the moment? Can’t access via phone or laptop

  • tommcdonnell TMcD (@tommcdonnell) reported from Birkenhead, England

@LloydsBank appreciate your algorithms n’all but blocking legit payments with zero notice just because it’s west Africa is really flipping annoying. You’re covering your own liability not mine and it’s very poor customer experience. Vexed!

  • NabilN17er 🇹🇳Nabil N17er🇹🇳 (@NabilN17er) reported from Liverpool, England

@LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

  • JoCaddick Joanne Caddick (@JoCaddick) reported from Liverpool, England

@LloydsBank hello, is there a problem with the online banking? Haven’t been able to log in for a couple of hours now? TIA

  • MisterDaz MisterDaz (@MisterDaz) reported from Ellesmere Port, England

@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank how many times do your call staff out the phone down on your customers ?

  • Noelgsuperman 🐝Noel Gallagher🐝 (@Noelgsuperman) reported

@mrskmob1 @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Some banks charge "access fees" to them for cash now you mention it. Nearly got stung at a HSBC one for something like 3.60. only getting 20 quid out for the chippy. Went across the road to the NatWest and all was fine. Revolut have ruffled a few feathers in the banking sector.

  • Mr_SandbagNZ sandbag (@Mr_SandbagNZ) reported

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Nationwide. Moved to them from HSBC after they blocked access to my account and wouldn’t unlock for 48 despite me proving my security details

  • FrancisMcalpine Francis McAlpine (@FrancisMcalpine) reported

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Nationwide are great. Pay the tenner a month and you get travel, phone insurance (I’ve claimed twice on the phone with zero issues) and roadside recovery. Plus.. when you call up, no waiting time and straight through to an English call centre.

  • ShonadMcDermott Shonad McDermott (@ShonadMcDermott) reported

@Article1219 @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank And of course it's all "for our benefit"... but I'm rather suspicious it's part of the long lead-up to digital ID (one day becoming biometric digital ID) being tied into everything. We're continually reminded of the "issues" of verifying that we are who we say we are.

  • Keyfun72Lucas Darren Lucas (@Keyfun72Lucas) reported

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank For buying crypto nationwide have been fine . Got a security check talked on phone and had no problems since that was 12 months ago.

  • ShonadMcDermott Shonad McDermott (@ShonadMcDermott) reported

@BaxterBasics @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank I'm having same issue with Co-op, but for relatively tiny amounts, £200 etc. Froze my card in week before Xmas! 🤬

  • PBC174 PBC174 (@PBC174) reported

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank This has happened to me twice recently. Enough money for the transaction to go through and security checks carried out yet the card and sale blocked. 3 hours of telephone calls to unblock or card stays blocked. Poor service.

  • jimmip James Parker (@jimmip) reported

@LloydsBank I have an old and unused current account appearing on my credit report - how do I regain access or close this account?

  • BilNaylor_ Bill Naylor (@BilNaylor_) reported

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Lloyds has suddenly listed (among others I regularly use) my local council's website as an insecure website. I can't use my card to pay council tax on line. Yet Barclays, with whom I have an account don't consider it an insecure website.

  • Juniper_buried June Cook 🌸 (@Juniper_buried) reported

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank I suppose everybody's experience with a bank is different but I've been with the Halifax since 1995 and I've never had any problems.
