And as such a loyal customer you could have compromised with an offer at least. I've banked with you, since my teens and worked 20 years with you too. Most disappointed tbh.

Was there some form of customer survey ? Yet another business decision forcing customers to bank elsewhere. Totally not thought through by some suit.
