@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank been on hold for 1:20mins and counting after an initial hold of 45mins to remove a block you put on my card whilst im overseas. What sort of service is this? Leaving people without access to money with no simple solution to resolve it. Awful awful service.

@LloydsBank your telephone customer service is awful. I’ve trying to get through to speak to someone about an urgent query with my Mums account. 3 calls…ringing for 30 mins and then it cuts off 😡😡 absolute shambles.

@LloydsBank 25 mins wait, 6 mins with an automated waste of time service & still no answer! Absolutely disgusting. The help via the app takes longer which is useless. I urgently need help & can’t get through to a human!

@LloydsBank Yes...must have tried 8 times and you just wouldn’t authorise it..paid on a different card in the end but it’s annoying as if we had taken that card away with us it could have caused problems

@LloydsBank your bereavement notification form appears to be broken. It throws an error when you submit. Your berevement phone line doesn’t accept the options (dial 1 for…) Fortunately when I did get through they were excellent and very helpful, but you might want to fix that.
