    @LloydsBank For God's sake, why do you keep changing the way to log in. A finger print has been good until today. Who the hell, remembers their log on detail after so long.

    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank appreciate your algorithms n’all but blocking legit payments with zero notice just because it’s west Africa is really flipping annoying. You’re covering your own liability not mine and it’s very poor customer experience. Vexed!

    @LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

    @LloydsBank Well it would be courteous to contact the customer annually to review bought items. And as such a loyal customer you could have compromised with an offer at least. I've banked with you, since my teens and worked 20 years with you too. Most disappointed tbh.

    Your helpdesk are absolutely useless @LloydsBank I understand the need to ensure security but I gave all the necessary information and need to change my phone number to access my online banking which I really need. Saying I have to wait up to 5 days to sort it is a poor service!

    @RobBurberry @LloydsBank With a wholesale failure of the regulatory system over decades it must be impossible to know what you are lending on (without detailed investigation of course) - the trust is gone unfortunately.

    @LloydsBank Hi Sophie-Louise that’s all well & good but I need to gain access to my online banking which means I need to speak to someone on the phone to get this sorted immediately as your online process doesn’t seem to allow me in now I have a new phone and number to the one registered.

    @Charlot11085585 Should also add, this isn’t a slight on @LloydsBank, they have a set risk appetite and these issue properties are likely outside that appetite. It’s frustrating that time and again this is presented as a new solution, in reality the numbers barely move.

    @LloydsBank why does it take over 20 minutes to speak to a agent via phone bank to then be transferred to a different service and wait even longer when I’m asked why I’m calling why can’t I just go through the the required department straight away?
