@LloydsBank appreciate your algorithms n’all but blocking legit payments with zero notice just because it’s west Africa is really flipping annoying. You’re covering your own liability not mine and it’s very poor customer experience. Vexed!

@LloydsBank After 3 hours and 50 minutes I can now access the app! There is a known error unfortunately not all your staff now about it! I would suggest this is communicated

@LloydsBank absolutely not worth paying the extra for AA membership. We have been waiting over 5 hours with 2 small disabled children - 2 hours spent on the hard shoulder. Appalling! You need to ditch AA and go with someone who can provide a service!!

@Revolut please stop passing blame when the issue is between you and @LloydsBank who is your intermediary bank. i got confirmation saying the amount is stuck with lloyd’s and they requested you to validate my information and you are delaying it.

@LloydsBank @care_disaster Appalling Home Emergency service! Been without water for 3 days. Promised a call Monday between 4-8pm. Arrived at 11pm - I was asleep. Rescheduled for Tues between 5-9pm. Never showed up! Now flushing the loo with rain water! I'll be changing insurer.
