    @LloydsBank I keep getting communications text to my mobile phone about a credit card. I have never had an account with Lloyds. I can only assume someone has registered my number by mistake. I have tried to sort this via your support channels to no avail. Can you help?

    @LloydsBank I’ve been through to your online help three times, the girl started talking to me then the line went dead. Can you get someone to call me back instead of wasting 45 minutes in a queue again!

    @LloydsBank Claim not denied as of yet but you make it impossible to make a claim. The menu on our phone line doesn’t work and when you finally get talk to someone they are Unhelpful and rude and want it on line. Customer service no longer exists. £550.17 a year to be treated like crims

    @LloydsBank terrible customer service where home insurance is concerned after 19 years it’s time for a change. Sadly we’re not in the habit of taking photos if valuables on the off chance they might get stolen

    @LloydsBank The emails are legit. I have the email from the account being opened with a full account number. Now I get more emails from you that I cannot unsubscribe from. Why would you suggest I block the emails instead of you just not sending PII to the wrong person?

    @LloydsBank East Ham branch. Lady in Hijab "This is not nice". I wanted 10 minutes to get the statements. She sends me to Cashiers to get the statement whole she prints statements for people coming after me and making me wait for another 15 minutes. Is this your Customer Service?
