    @LloydsBank I keep getting communications text to my mobile phone about a credit card. I have never had an account with Lloyds. I can only assume someone has registered my number by mistake. I have tried to sort this via your support channels to no avail. Can you help?

    @LloydsBank Been on the phone to you for over 2hr20min. First 20min wait I was warned about, 50min transfer I was warned about, asked about hold time before next transfer and told 0-5min. It's been over an hour! I'm having an anxiety attack thinking my issue won't get resolved!

    @LloydsBank maybe stop sending blanket responses to people re. banking issues, it's evident that it is a widespread issue. Offering turn off/turn on solutions is not the way. This needs looking into.
