@LloydsBank I keep getting communications text to my mobile phone about a credit card. I have never had an account with Lloyds. I can only assume someone has registered my number by mistake. I have tried to sort this via your support channels to no avail. Can you help?

@LloydsBank I’ve been through to your online help three times, the girl started talking to me then the line went dead. Can you get someone to call me back instead of wasting 45 minutes in a queue again!

@LloydsBank I was kept waiting aged to pay bills. The woman who dealt with me was off hand & talked down to me. I told her every time I use this Evesham branch it takes ages and I have had two occasions they couldn’t help, so I went to a branch in a different town. She got annoyed!

Unfortunately @LloydsBank has blocked my account without prior notice, i have contact them they have told me to go to branch, i went to branch they told we cannot do anything you have to contact bank again contacting bank so on … trouble service ..

@LloydsBank your Evesham branch is absolutely hopeless. I’m always kept waiting. There seem to be more staff wondering around looking dazed than actually helping your customers. I am sick of this half hearted service.

@LloydsBank 30 days since I raised a complaint, no acknowledgment letter, nobody will discuss it further, promises of callbacks that don’t happen and then needing to ring back to be told each time the complaint handler is busy, who I’ve never spoken to. Shocking service.
