@LloydsBank I keep getting communications text to my mobile phone about a credit card. I have never had an account with Lloyds. I can only assume someone has registered my number by mistake. I have tried to sort this via your support channels to no avail. Can you help?

@LloydsBank Two hours on hold to your Peterborough call centre because of a fraudulant transaction to be hung up on. Didn't even give the line a chance to improve. Absolute rubbish service. Pissed off is an understatement.

@LloydsBank so unhappy & angry with you. Im in Las Vegas on holiday - u block my card. I have no money. I have let me down massively. called your ‘support’ line 3 times. 3TIMES. and after 30+ minutes waiting in a queue, you disconnect. Disgraceful. U are NOT ‘by my side’. Call me

Did @LloydsBank block my card when I accidentally used the wrong security code? No. They actually approved it. Did they block my card because I didn't respond to their fraud text regarding an automated payment for a pre order at 3am. Absolutely. 1 hour on hold. **** off.
