    @LloydsBank I keep getting communications text to my mobile phone about a credit card. I have never had an account with Lloyds. I can only assume someone has registered my number by mistake. I have tried to sort this via your support channels to no avail. Can you help?

    @che5ter666 @SammiieeRut @LloydsBank I just tried to log in and have the same issue. Very slow facial recognition. Had to enter parts of memorable phrase, then kicked out of app immediately.

    @LloydsBank ive been cut off three times in the last three days speaking to your colleagues. Then have to wait in a queue to get back through. This is awful! #SortYourShitOut

    @LloydsBank I’ve been through to your online help three times, the girl started talking to me then the line went dead. Can you get someone to call me back instead of wasting 45 minutes in a queue again!

    According to @LloydsBank customer service, the app which we often use to approve online payments has zero effect on the transaction. It seems nobody has thought of removing this step in the process, which clearly doesn't work

    @LloydsBank Depends on your definition of "normal". It is clear the fault with the App is that it is geo-location sensitive. I.e. it won't let me in where I am. Launched a VPN and set it to UK and it was able to log on. The App should not be set up like that. Not everyone has VPN access!!!

    @LloydsBank How about offering users a choice of Chat example a drop down of countries and then let me select someone in the UK who speaks and reads English? You are destroying your brand with your lack of quality support.

    @LloydsBank Lloyds is down for the solicitor involved in my house purchase, they are unable to view the statements the downdetector website is showing numerous people having the same issue.

    @LloydsBank the app is so slow, it takes forever to open everytime, and then you add you add more crap when it opens to slow down what I actually intend to do, your product managers have no sense if you have one! today the app just crashes on load, absolute junk of app

    @LloydsBank Why is it such a painstakingly, frustrating path, to give feedback on the processes,now employed,to get service, in a Lloyds Bank branch? Is it a means to an end, to get customers using on line apps, so more and more branches can be closed?
