@LloydsBank I keep getting communications text to my mobile phone about a credit card. I have never had an account with Lloyds. I can only assume someone has registered my number by mistake. I have tried to sort this via your support channels to no avail. Can you help?

@Thefurrytrucker @LloydsBank I have just phoned Lloyds, it is an issue their end. They said they are sorting the problem but couldn’t tell me when it will be done, all they said was to try and make the payment again in an hour.

@LloydsBank Thanks Margaret, so please can you clarify or confirm. I read this as if there are problems Within the banking sector you will levy a charge/fee to bring depositors account down to an allowed level. like In Cyprus in 2013,when they froze the banks and took 6-10% of all.

@LloydsBank Really disappointed with the customer service. 6pm got a notification about a card being used on my account for a fraudulent payment. Called the fraud team and 2.5 hours later on hold I’ve had to eventually put the phone down.

@LloydsBank @LloydsBank considering it’s a fraud department I would think making sure your customer accounts are safe and trying to answer the phone in less than an hour would be priority!
