@LloydsBank I keep getting communications text to my mobile phone about a credit card. I have never had an account with Lloyds. I can only assume someone has registered my number by mistake. I have tried to sort this via your support channels to no avail. Can you help?

Completely humiliated by the customer services representative of @lloydsBank today who hung up on me when I tried to discuss the bank's error in my mortgage account name. It's 2022 and I have to endure passive aggressive belittlement for my male voice & female name. #transphobia

@LloydsBank The problem we have is our @TrefoilGuild account is a building society account. Can’t pay bacs payment into it. Difficult to withdraw money to pay for activities. And not ideal in this Covid era of needing to do stuff electronically that doesn’t require trips to the bank.
