    @LloydsBank terrible customer service where home insurance is concerned after 19 years it’s time for a change. Sadly we’re not in the habit of taking photos if valuables on the off chance they might get stolen

    @LloydsBank I keep getting communications text to my mobile phone about a credit card. I have never had an account with Lloyds. I can only assume someone has registered my number by mistake. I have tried to sort this via your support channels to no avail. Can you help?

    @LloydsBank ive been cut off three times in the last three days speaking to your colleagues. Then have to wait in a queue to get back through. This is awful! #SortYourShitOut

    @LloydsBank your app has rejected a cheque (no details as to why on the deposit history page). I paid in a cheque from the same company last month with no issues (both images are as clear as each other). Non of your branches are open outside of my working hours!

    @LloydsBank hi, I’ve reported my wallet containing my debit card as lost/stolen this morning. Can you advise me whether a replacement card is issued automatically or do I need to request 1? Timescale please, I have no access to cash and my Apple Pay no longer works

    So @LloydsBank is having me in a queue on the phone for 30, then 40 mins. Then, the call drops around the 19-min mark each time… and if I can’t get to an agent within 48 hours I’m locked out of my account. Lovely service. I’m closing my account today.

    @LloydsBank absolute disgrace! Been a customer with a business account for 25 years forced to close business due to covid. Now been waiting 2 weeks for the balance in the account to be paid to me. And 25 minutes for them to answer the phone.
