The menu on our phone line doesn’t work and when you finally get talk to someone they are Unhelpful and rude and want it on line. Customer service no longer exists. £550.17 a year to be treated like crims

David Webb (@DavidWebbTweet) reported@jonniespence @LloydsBank I don't think you understand the problem. Lloyds changed the settings on accounts to turn off password checking. The password is still there but it isn't being used unless you find out how to turn it back on.

My credit card is supposed to protect me against fraudsters yet its next to impossible to get you to stop a payment. No contact info online for HUMAN interaction. I NO LONGER TRUST YOU WITH MY MONEY!
