    I’m trying to sort out a credit card issue (company has ceased trading) you sent me a code but it’s a digit too short & it won’t let me do anything else …. Can I speak to someone about it please? @LloydsBank

    @che5ter666 @SammiieeRut @LloydsBank I just tried to log in and have the same issue. Very slow facial recognition. Had to enter parts of memorable phrase, then kicked out of app immediately.

    @LloydsBank Claim not denied as of yet but you make it impossible to make a claim. The menu on our phone line doesn’t work and when you finally get talk to someone they are Unhelpful and rude and want it on line. Customer service no longer exists. £550.17 a year to be treated like crims

    @LloydsBank I keep getting communications text to my mobile phone about a credit card. I have never had an account with Lloyds. I can only assume someone has registered my number by mistake. I have tried to sort this via your support channels to no avail. Can you help?

    @LloydsBank I’ve been through to your online help three times, the girl started talking to me then the line went dead. Can you get someone to call me back instead of wasting 45 minutes in a queue again!

    @LloydsBank terrible customer service where home insurance is concerned after 19 years it’s time for a change. Sadly we’re not in the habit of taking photos if valuables on the off chance they might get stolen

    @LloydsBank @Angemala1 Credit card. Fully complete transaction, not pending. Emailed them 3-4 times, including warning them I was going to raise it as fraud, also via website contact form, and via Twitter DM. Received one copy-and-pasted reply via email that wasn't vaguely appropriate to the situation.

    @LloydsBank Just logged on to e-bankng. New format is appalling, I can only see 2 transactions on first screen and this is on a large screen desktop. Just awful, all grey and difficult to find anything without scrolling down many screenfulls.

    @LloydsBank nice that hubby waits up after his night shift after checking bank times on way home to get down there and they've changed!! His card was swallowed yesterday in a @BarclaysUKHelp cash point & he doesn't use online banking to get new 1!

    @LloydsBank Qualified for the £100 switching offer. Opened a new Club Lloyds Account and used ‘Current Account Switch Service’ to have switch completed by 18/10. Lloyds now advised delayed due technical error. Will I still get my £100 incentive when completed?

    @LloydsBank Im trying to log into my credit account but am asked for an activation code. The first one didnt work so requested a new one, which is also invalid. I try calling the support number 0345 300 0116 but am immediately disconnected and I cant request a new code. Any help?
