@LloydsBank I keep getting communications text to my mobile phone about a credit card. I have never had an account with Lloyds. I can only assume someone has registered my number by mistake. I have tried to sort this via your support channels to no avail. Can you help?

@LloydsBank Yes Gillian, whenever I go online to Amazon, or booking hotel, or train tickets there is a block apparently by Google. The messenger on the online bank are now checking what things I have tried to pay for. So hopefully this will get resolved as I am deaf and use online payments.

@LloydsBank I closed my account some time ago but you send me notifications that I can't access because I closed my account. If you want me to read the letters can you please send them to me via the post or as an attachment to an email. This has been going on for nearly two years

@LloydsBank Even your own call centre staff don’t have the correct numbers for them. How do you expect people to make a complaint when they don’t have the numbers and your own claims team won’t give you a number. Talk about not treating the customer fairly
