Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

@LloydsBank I keep getting communications text to my mobile phone about a credit card. I have never had an account with Lloyds. I can only assume someone has registered my number by mistake. I have tried to sort this via your support channels to no avail. Can you help?

Oh FFS @LloydsBank one simple rule, you don't let your Internet Banking emulate a chocolate teapot on a Friday (or any) afternoon. "Oooh there was a problem, try again" is the digital version of greasing the floor in front of the branch.

@LloydsBank left its loyal customer of 6 years with no money in the middle of war zone. Security team would not accept a request for a call back. After 1.5h of being on hold, I ran out of funds on my Ukrainian sim and ofc there is no way to put more money on as card is blocked.

@LloydsBank Hertford branch shut a at lunchtime. It’s only open from 9-3 so why you have had to shut for 1h at lunch is beyond me. Long waits at call centres. Poor customer service.

@LloydsBank you keep declining my card at the moment due to ‘suspicious’ transactions. I’ve confirmed the payments with you twice but still not working and now I’ve been on hold for 50 mins. I am out tonight and Apple Pay and debit card won’t work.
