@LloydsBank Thank you, I'll do that. Meanwhile I have to take an estimated 2 hours out of my working day to solve a problem of your creation - and I can't pay online bills. Shall I be reimbursed for my time, or shall I move banks? After 25 years a customer I fear it's the latter.

@LloydsBank do you actually understand how stressful you made an already terrible situation! Mum is very ill on a coronary care unit. Your lack of ability to do anything to help me pay a bill she is stressing about was disgraceful. Your operative did not care less!

@LloydsBank It's not a further hour wait when I call back. That's 3 hours total that I cannot spare from my working day. I am not able to pay bills on time (to lloyds, ironically) - to whom should I forward the late payment fees?

How hard is it to open a business bank account with Lloyds?! Customer service is absolutely terrible @LloydsBank 8 weeks later still no further on. Would not recommend

Remortgaging with @LloydsBank and @optimalegal is getting absurdly unprofessional. Have you guys heard of customer duty, CONC and obligation of treating customers fairly ? Can’t believe this process has started in May… we are being driven into an affordable mortgage.

@LloydsBank I still don't have access to help mum manage her finances. At least her utilities are on direct debits and I can fund the food shopping. However, her bills for care, money that I do not have, but is sitting in mum's account, I don't know how that is to be accessed?
