    Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

    It would be good proactive customer service if @LloydsBank posted a tweet saying, ‘We know know our customers are experiencing difficulties with online banking and we are trying our very best to resolve this. We will confirm here once the issue has been resolved.’ 🙄 #Lloyds

    @LloydsBank i transferred some money to a family member this morning and while the money has gone through on my side, it is not showing up in the transactions on the app (they are also with lloyds) is this due to the ongoing issues with the app?
