    @antlerboy Terrible saga(s) in these threads. I recently called the special number which @LloydsBank has for customers over 70, answered promptly by helpful human (no options) who seemed to have power to deal with things. Delightful experience. (Outcome opposite of what we agreed, tho.)

    @lucy54294339 @LloydsBank Mines a problem with login. Says I've had too many unsuccessful attempts & need to change details. The only thing I've attempted to do is launch it so I'm not changing anything.

    @LloydsBank She has been in communication with the company the moment she noticed the defect with her purchase which was the day it was delivered. She has called them, they have cancelled visits to her house to rectify the problem, she has been promised calls from the store manager...
