So @LloydsBank is having me in a queue on the phone for 30, then 40 mins. Then, the call drops around the 19-min mark each time… and if I can’t get to an agent within 48 hours I’m locked out of my account. Lovely service. I’m closing my account today.

Shame I can’t make it work with @Barclays UK - they don’t like Apple phones apparently. Well that’s what the staff member in Camden told me anyhow 😮💨. Better return to @LloydsBank cos they always had reasonable customer service and I don’t choose to be handed to TSB 🤤

@LloydsBank Well I'll try to remember to try that next time I need to make a manual payment, but that's not terribly frequent. It's only after clicking the "make payment" button that one notices the problem.
