@LloydsBank really disappointed with the level of business account customer service! I’ve been locked out of the account for no good reason. Phone lines are so busy I’m finding it difficult to speak to someone that can help! This has been going on for two days now!

Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

Customer service in Lloyds bank @LBGplc has become non-existent. Yesterday I went in to withdraw £1,100. I asked Teller to count cash before giving to me, but she refused. Machine does it so she won't. So when did counting money in a bank become an issue? #badservice #lloydsbank

@LloydsBank Hi, Lloyd's bank blocked my debit card and closed my accounts without prior notice. I was left stranded and suffered serious damage because I maintained Lloyd's bank as my only bank. I went to your branch to resolve the issue but your staff said they are unable to help me.

@LloydsBank Thanks - but no need to access accounts. My query is why I cannot use the switch service CASS to switch from an account listed in their services to my newly opened Lloyds account? It is supposed to be simple, and, yes, the account I want to move from is in Channel Islands.

@LloydsBank I am trying to open and switch, through CASS, to a Lloyds current account. My account is currently held at HSBC CIIOM which is included on the list of banks in CASS. But my Lloyds application will not allow the switch. Can you explain what the problem could be please?

@LloydsBank @TufnellHenry I just went into my branch in Pembroke Dock to be told I could not take out the amt of money I need because the bank is CLOSING DOWN TODAY! WHAT THE HELL? Why isn't the government stopping this? You know we need our banks. It's hateful & discriminatory.
