Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

@LloydsBank no the website stated I couldn't have has a switch incentive from another bank since January 2023 which I have not. no where did it state that I wouldn't be eligible if I switched from a halifax account

@Chris50t @LloydsBank The bank will certainly be able to advise why the card isn't working in which ever cash machine / Shop it was used in... Lloyds have always been very good to me and family for years! I wouldn't use any other bank to be honest.

@LloydsBank I have been trying to use you switch service to move my banking to my new Lloyds account. On the website when I choose to m9ve to an existing acount to form does not open, the website hangs. On the app, apply, current acount, switching, the next window freezes

@Mozzasoft @LloydsBank Thanks Steve but the settings are off, so it should work abroad but it doesn't. Caused problems for over a year and the bank can offer no solution nor do they appear to care.

@Mozzasoft @LloydsBank When it happens, it happens. I am banking with them for over 3 years, no problems no calls nothing but when it happened, it happened in the worst way. Btw I work in another bank and I know these things happen for reasons you would know nothing about.

@LloydsBank Brilliant, so not only have I got to wait 5 working days for money to be returned but got to wait 5 working days for a complaint to be looked at - I wonder why people have no trust in banks, especially when they don’t no people circumstances and do nothing to lighten the burden
