    @LloydsBank your phone customer service is ridiculous. Spent an hour on hold *twice* just for the call to be ended on your side. Can’t visit a branch in person as I’m currently abroad, can’t sort out my issue online as you won’t allow it. What else am I supposed to do?

    @LloydsBank went into Hartlepool branch to do ID check etc for an account for my 13yo daughter. Great service (kicking myself for not getting the lady's name), she talked directly to my daughter about the account, explained well and gave her good security advice too, 5*

    @LloydsBank I haven't written a cheque in years and don't have my cheque book. I need to write one now. Is there a way to issue a single cheque? The app allows me to scan cheques I have received but it would be nice to print one out

    @LloydsBank There is nothing shining through, that seems to be the problem. It only takes photos if I turn the cheque back around. It's like it's looking for text to read and so never succeeds in photographing a blank back.

    @LloydsBank I cannot believe how incompetent you are at opening accounts for charities and businesses. Lost paperwork, lack of communication, customer complaints, what on earth are you doing? 8 months and still no account, that could be the end of a business before it's started

    @LloydsBank Hi , Someone else used my ID and open a bank account from my old address. Went to your branch on Grays with my ID. But the customer serviced lady is not helpful at all and asked me to call bank again which I did twice yesterday. Very frustrating and disappointing.

    @LloydsBank Neither, you contacted me about suspicious activity on my card. Called fraud operations and was told I need to cancel my current card and get a new one. Froze it through the app but to order a new one abroad I have to get through to your consultants which seems near impossible.
