Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

@LloydsBank The complaint was submitted today. It needs to be fast tracked as I raised a concern a week ago and was told it was sorted. It wasn’t. This is time sensitive and the error is yours. This is causing a lot of stress. Who can I contact to fast track the complaint?

@LloydsBank The website originally said they dispatch on 22nd every month but that has now been removed off the site. They emailed me on 6th Feb saying it had been dispatched and would be with me in 3-5 days but no tracking number. Paid debit card 4thjan and 4thfeb

@LloydsBank requested 6 months worth of bank statements for a time sensitive spouse visa. They all came with the wrong address despite changing it 18 months ago. Customer services say this shouldn’t happen as have correct address on file…

@LloydsBank Hello Gillian. Yes. Our mobile/ 4G is fairly nondescript so I use Wi-Fi most of the time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still get the same problem. It’s just frustrating that I log on to do something, can’t do it and then I often forget to try again.

@LloydsBank considering the issue is in the back end of your system and due to your negligence why can’t this compliant be fast tracked so that we can fix the issue and renew my partners TIME sensitive spouse visa before her deadline.
