    @JackRipping @LloydsBank I had to work around and fit in with them, rather than the other way round; as though they were the paying customer!!!

    @LloydsBank Thanks. You've extended the hours slightly from 9.00 - 3.30pm. You're still not open on a Saturday & these hours still mean that people working full time need to take time off work to go to your bank. I questioned the bank & your staff are still on a full time wage @LloydsBank

    @broquocwilliam @LloydsBank Yes they should. Pre Covid they were open until 5.30 I think & until 1pm on a Saturday. If the staff are now working only part of their normal hours but getting the same wage, there's no incentive for them to increase their hours
