    Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

    @DavidWebbTweet @anthslife @LloydsBank That is nothing new. It's been like that for months. You can choose biometric login (face/fingerprint) for faster access on the app, but you will still need to know your password, especially if the device does not recognize your biometrics. But not on laptop

  • jonesstevene
    Steve Jones (@jonesstevene) reported

    @LloydsBank @BenFurner There we go, now that's a proper customer service answer. Well done.

    @LloydsBank No-one is available in the securities team though. Not all last week and not this week either. You are still holding security for loans repaid years ago because our business relationship manager overlooked this. Shocking service!

    @elonisabawbag @LloydsBank I know, it's like Lloyds bank is being run by children. I phoned them to tell them the problem and they just acted defensive, they weren't interested.

  • notleksF1
    DeskJockey (@notleksF1) reported

    @LloydsBank I haven’t tried the website, however I’m concerned that the payment I made on the 27/04/2026 has shown up. I didn’t even receive an email telling me the payment had been made. I can confirm the payment left my bank account on the 27th.

  • DavidWebbTweet

    WARNING. Lloyds bank have changed their internet banking system. You no longer have to enter your password to log in! This is a major security flaw in the software update. @LloydsBank Why the hell have you weakened the security on millions of accounts without asking customers?

  • DavidWebbTweet

    @DarthFuzz @LloydsBank It's also the internet login *****. I don't use the app.

  • palacejohn

    @LloydsBank why is there no facility for your customers to contact you using the banking app other than communication with useless robots. Dreadful customer service service.

    @jim_price @LloydsBank Use the switch service you do nothing they do it all

  • westrowhendo
    John Henderson (@westrowhendo) reported

    @LloydsBank @laze83 He has a point. A branch is of little help if it's not open when most people can get to it. Can you explain the thinking, if any, that led to these odd opening hours? It's as unhelpful as the short lived shop on a commuter estate we lived on that only opened weekdays 10am - 5pm.
