Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

Banks often receive a bad press and it is usually justified. However, I can’t fault @LloydsBank ever since I have been a customer. I avoided all banks between 1996 and 2016 because all I had used were awful. Lloyds though, great bank, great staff, in branch and on the phone.

@LloydsBank need confirmation of phone number. As i live in Canada now, I have tried my visa debit at the grocery and it won't work. In the back of the card it says to call 44 1733347007 but I also have a problem to access my internet banking account. Was given a number to call 441733232030
