@LloydsBank Rang but no further on . E mail is being sent yo Customer Relations department but no promises given as to when. Impossible to access Claims Portal operated by Carpenters, and they have not been responding to e mails or phone calls. The whole claims process is shambolic.

@LloydsBank have you ever come across a church before? Trying to open a Treasurer's account, asked to prove the "trading address". We do not have one, we do not trade. Held an account for many years, no problem. Written complaint to follow.

@LloydsBank transfered an account last night online. Received all tye account number+sort code via email. This morning got a text saying it could not be processed and to ring. The guy said their was an Error and the accounts didn't match and to try again 1/2

@George_Nixon97 @gracegausden93 100%. @LloydsBank should face regulatory action over its failures (both at the point of payment & treatment of victim after) here. An elderly customer making an in branch £100k transfer to an overseas third party was a massive RED FLAG.
