  Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

  @LloydsBank I have taken it off and reinstalled it multiple times and it still keeps happening. I click on the app and it opens for a second and then just shuts down. I checked the app reviews and saw comments from people saying they experienced the same issue.

  Heads up if you're with @LloydsBank: spent 2wks unable to access online banking (desktop & app). Just on phone for 1hr trying to sort & realised setting VPN to the UK worked. Asked if it was new policy to block customer access to accounts when outside the UK and he hung up on me!
