    @LloydsBank The card, therefore, is of no value for long range bookings. I know that if I cancelled this credit card account and then asked for a new account I would get a 4 year expiry, but what a ridiculous fuss. Not believable that expiry cannot be changed - customer service??

    Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

    @LloydsBank 48 minutes and counting. That’s how long it’s been waiting for the fraud department to answer and open my internet banking app. 48 minutes. I have given up 5 times in 3 days. Don’t suspend accounts if you’re not going to be available to fix it.

    @Kasper7 @MindfulAPG @LloydsBank Since Anna left in April its gone to pot with disaster after disaster, the land owners and site Management ctte, and various experts organisations being ignored and left out of management. I had a meeting with the land owners last month too. Small blues bulldozed in their roost.

    @LloydsBank dismissive and @ScottishWidows person actually laughed when I called to ask why my pension account has disappeared from @LloydsBank online banking portal. Now in another queue for 30 minutes. Unbelievable - no warning of this or info. Appalling customer service.

    @LloydsBank Hi Laura, sadly the complaints line couldn't help me. They've advised me to drop the letters in to my local branch, which isn't all that convenient, but I'll give it a try.

    @LloydsBank I spoke to your fraud team to verify a transaction , now I am locked out of all devices and your call waiting time to is 30mins ? Panicking to say the least! Please, hands on deck or tell customers you have a glitch with IT ?
