    @LloydsBank I've called around Wednesday last week to help fix my mobile banking app. They said I will receive a letter with an authorisation code to let me onto the app within 1-2 days. Its now been a week and I've not received anything

    Utterly appalled by horrific lack of service from @LloydsBank insurance who after 2WEEKS(!) still have not made sure underwriter finds a garage for the car despite endless calls and emails to them. Slap in the face of letter saying no claim made when records show made a claim
