@LloydsBank I’d love to know why, when you advertise that your car insurance customer service line is open until 9pm, certain teams don’t work past 5pm (nor at weekends) so it’s not possible to make changes to a policy if they need to be involved. Not good customer service 😡

@LloydsBank hello , i opened a under 19 account for my son , the branch was located in hayes town london , his bank card was due to arrive today on the 29/10/2021 but it hasnt , the bank told me to get in contact with customer support if it has not arrived on that given date
