Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

Simply appalling customer service from @LloydsBank. How can it take two hours to exchange a couple of chat messages, and STILL leave me hanging on?
