Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

Rang again today, I’m still on hold after 1hr. Wish I’d never opened an account! Can’t even spend MY money
