@LloydsBank Why is it so difficult to report issues that don't fit in with your pre-determined requests? I want to report an issue with the web-site, links to your branch locator are broken. Why not just have an "anything else" contact option?

@LloydsBank Tried both the app and desktop site on different devices too. Your CS team cant see the transactions either but the balance has changed. Was told three weeks ago to wait and see…still waiting and recounting the issue every few days when I call and get put on hold for and hour.

@LloydsBank I have a savings account that allows me to access it when I need to, no delays, I’m thinking of opening 2 x current and 2 x savings, with the possibility of credit card too? Will this be possible, all joint accounts?

@LloydsBank you are suspending peoples accounts,we give u all the info over the phone u still want us to come in branch with many local branches now closed how on earth do u expect a house bound customer to come in.

@LloydsBank how do you expect people who work full time and have no access to banking during the week to pay money in when you shut the lobbies and Banks on Saturdays? #tewkesbury at least needs the lobby open. Ridiculous!!!!
