@LloydsBank been going back and forth with your ‘fraud support’ since 9.45am. £69.99 has been spent on an apple bill that I have no confirmation of, no receipt for. 6 hours going back and forth with the same ridiculous questions over and over. Some customer service!

@LloydsBank There's also fears the post office might be having plans to close down eventually based on things someone/ more than one person posted on the Nextdoor website for my area. So I and other disabled people, and elderly wouldn't even be able to pay money in then either
