@LloydsBank @HalifaxBank think you are making a huge mistake withdrawing your cheque deposit service @PostOffice branches!!!! With bank branches closing across the country this is not a very good customer friendly action.

@LloydsBank Thanks but that doesn't help. It's not a matter of knowing my current & available figures, it's about checking account transactions against receipts and checking against my own transaction list. A pending total would help.

@LloydsBank It's not that I cant log in, I am due to be paid today and on the app earlier it come up with a message about some payments were not working. A few of my other work colleagues who are also with Lloyds have no been paid also

@LloydsBank are you aware of any issues making online payments? Seem to just be stuck in a cycle with our customers where they just see the 3D Secure box after approving the transaction. Only affecting customers with Lloyds on any website?

@LloydsBank Yes,Claire, I've been there, waded through your many links, read stuff,spoken to Managers, and now your department,as I said,all to no avail, why, because Lloyds aim to close most branches and get customers on line. Proper Customer Service is now a thing of the past. Thank you

I'd like my wages in my account and not floating in space @LloydsBank! Others we work with have received their wages but us with you are still waiting hours later which is not normal. How much longer before you fix the issue?
