I’ve been locked out of the account for no good reason. Phone lines are so busy I’m finding it difficult to speak to someone that can help! This has been going on for two days now!

There's not only a different ethos, there's a different service level too & I support the representation of a rich heritage in banking and keeping these legacy brands.
