@LloydsBank Well, it has been refunded on next months statement not on the current one that’s due that’s the problem I have. So I still owe the full amount even with the refund. I am unsure what to do now.

@LloydsBank Anyone answering the phone today. Have had issues with my card for about a week now. Fed up of payments not going through because if your new “fraud action” email we received last week. If it’s a regular payment why stop it!! #frustrated
