@LloydsBank The woman I spoke to seemed clueless to the point it had me almost questioning whether I was talking to a genuine member of Lloyds staff or not. Some serious retraining needed because the level of service provided was appalling and very amateurish at best.

@LloydsBank the mobile app for iOS is displaying double sets of transactions for the most recent period. Confirmed by checking website this is just a display error but wanted to flag it as a fault (can’t send screenshot as that has all my private info in!)

So humiliating being refused help in @LloydsBank Bourne, Lincolnshire branch this morning. Third time in three workings days I’ve had to deal with same unhelpful employee. Wearing #HiddenDisabily lanyard and bangle, has #AssistanceDog with me. #DisabiltyPrejudice

@LloydsBank I've been trying for weeks (no exaggeration) to get my Credit Card cancelled as i dont use it anymore. Tried the messaging service on the app which says because of Covid no one is available, tells me to call (and then on hold perpetually). Grateful for help.
