    @LloydsBank when I enter my memorable information on the online banking app this message appears “9200089: Sorry we can't confirm whether this payment has been successful” and it doesn’t let me log into the app. How do i fix this

    @JackRipping @LloydsBank I had to work around and fit in with them, rather than the other way round; as though they were the paying customer!!!

    Hi @LloydsBank. Your branch in Plymouth (Royal Parade) was closed yesterday and your website reflected this. Today it stated they were open but I have just made a special trip to visit and they are STILL closed. Appreciate COVID can cause closures but this was poor info from you

    Please could you help me out I deposited a cheque before 10pm yesterday states on the mobile app it will clear by 5pm the next day (Today) is this correct? As it’s still showing as pending @LloydsBank

    @KennyKwjj @LloydsBank They always blame the customer. Why would anyone phone Lloyds if they didn't absolutely need to? If the waiting times are that long, they obvs need more staff. I'm trying to sort my Mother's acc out. I was warned the service was the worst! It's true.

    @LloydsBank @janhog79 How about the general issue of bering on hold for 44 minutes. Your 034556062175 just rings. Should have kept the Barclaycard and ditched the Lloyds Bank Card.

    Very very poor service from Lloyds bank platinum account travel insurance ie axa travel insurance been on hold for over 80mins and still waiting #shockingservice ..!! Shocking service @axainsurance @LloydsBank
