    @LloydsBank Hi Gavin. I have just followed @LloydsBank you need to follow back from me to be able to DM. There is an issue with not being able to have anything in email as it allows multiple people to tell us different things at Lloyds and have no written proof to get the issue resolved.

    @LloydsBank Well, what a surprise, the bank full of technocrats can't keep its system operational? A bank that loses financial information, loses Registered Mail, & is a nightmare every time you ask them for help because they have a little book of bureaucratic rules their robots must obey?
