@mandyh1602 @LloydsBank mines the same! I've seen another person tweet about it too. My bank just keeps saying "n/a" although it was working about 40 minutes ago as I was sorting my bills out. So strange. I think the system must be down xx

@LloydsBank Earlier I tried both ways and failed both ways. It’s been very temperamental. I get stuck at authenticating device and then it says you have been logged out without it terrifying Face ID. Now it is working, but for how long?

@LloydsBank To contact the dispute team who say to contact card services. It’s ridiculous. I have the sort code and account of where the money was returned, with various references, and nobody can help. Really poor all round. Perhaps the ombudsman needs to get involved as I’m getting nowhere
