    @LloydsBank when I enter my memorable information on the online banking app this message appears “9200089: Sorry we can't confirm whether this payment has been successful” and it doesn’t let me log into the app. How do i fix this

    @JackRipping @LloydsBank I had to work around and fit in with them, rather than the other way round; as though they were the paying customer!!!

    Called at a branch of @LloydsBank the ‘system’ was down and couldn’t be served. Called back an hour later to find the problem unresolved. It’s unbelievable that @LloydsBank don’t have a manual override facility for such circumstances. #unacceptable

    @LloydsBank can you please tell me how to set up a standing order from my ext bank account to my Lloyds credit card? I’ve tried to do it on my Lloyds app ad website but there’s no information on this just info on making a one off payment today.. is there a SC & Acc number I need?

    @LloydsBank is there an issue with funds being taken on Fridays? My partner Banks with you but no bills have left his account yet? He pays things weekly.... this has happened for a few weeks now.

    Appalling @LloydsBank. Today again 40 minutes on the phone for an IT issue that has nothing to do with me, I’m still unable to log into my online banking after a month. Called 4 times about it, every time starting from scratch, no one looking at the issue in the meantime.
