    Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

    @LloydsBank why has my card been declined twice? There is money in the account and it’s been working for online purchases through Apple Pay but not at a terminal when using Apple Pay
