@LloydsBank is the mobile app down? I managed to log in a few minutes ago but it was slow and didn't load up my transactions and now I constantly get app launch failure, tried turning my phone on and off and using 4g instead of WiFi but get the same

@LloydsBank I have just dialed the number on the website and this also rang alarm bells as I was asked for account number then three digits off back of card so I hung up (I know fraudsters don’t always actually clear the line and then you THINK you are speaking with your bank. VERY CONCERNED

@F3Lollipops @LloydsBank @actionfrauduk Doesn’t help my state of panic that the person I was speaking to just hung up when I refused to give my date of birth. At this stage I would have disclosed DOB, 3 digit security number, they already have card number - it all FEELS wrong.
