    Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

    Yet another day of not being able to get on the @LloydsBank website to open a new account and the phone number being persistently busy - so it cuts you off automatically. Quite appalling customer service tbh. About to explore other bank options. Yesterdays response-keep trying!

    @LloydsBank really disappointed with the level of business account customer service! I’ve been locked out of the account for no good reason. Phone lines are so busy I’m finding it difficult to speak to someone that can help! This has been going on for two days now!

    @TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank If you cancel your direct debit they will contact you within 3 days. I had this same problem and eventually got so fed up I cancelled the d/d in frustration. Worked a treat and issue resolved. Maybe worth a try. Not with them now of course.

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Drives me to despair having to ring places, select whichever option you need to be sat there waiting in the call queue for ages to be fobbed off and sent on your way with no resolution. It's such a shoddy service that people now receive. Only interested in taking ppls money

    My utterly useless TalkTalk broadband has gone down again and it's impossible to contact them. If there were not professional reasons preventing me, I would leave this company. Like @LloydsBank it's been nothing but hassle for me. Their online/call centre service is dire.

    @LloydsBank It's my daughter's account. Banking app webchat confirmed that she hadn't been called about fraud by Lloyds, her account is secure, and told her not to answer the calls and to block the number.

    @LloydsBank just opened a esaver account but not showing in the app as need to put money in. is it not showing because the app has a red note popping up with haveing problems seem to be haveing them along time?

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Had a similar experience when I got married. Trying to set up a joint account they were very adamant we had to go into branch. They booked appointment, we got there and no one could help us. Wanted us to come back another day. Self employed time is money.

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank @TalkTalk A lot of companies developed a *** approach to business during Covid. They blamed their deficiencies/lack of customer support on Covid. Seems they have just continued on in the same mode.
