Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

Yet another day of not being able to get on the @LloydsBank website to open a new account and the phone number being persistently busy - so it cuts you off automatically. Quite appalling customer service tbh. About to explore other bank options. Yesterdays response-keep trying!

@LloydsBank I find it really disgusting to be on the phone for an hour with your customer service team to then be put on hold for 40 minutes while they looked into my potential fraud case to then have them hang up on me. Customer services could do with some additional training.
